i missed yesterday ;( dh and i had a horrible fight so didn't feel like working out ;( but things are better today ;) but I have to work a long shift today so i only had time for 30 min on the eliptical this morning. hope to catch up later.

I am also doing the rotation. You can do it anyway you want . I did bc then imax2 but you can do one in the morning and one later if you want . It's really what feels good to you and how much time you have in your day . good luck :) amanda_starr http://www.picturetrail.com/amandastarr

i have all of cathe's dvds. i already pre-orderd her new ones. there are a few i don't have b/c i just couldn't get into them. i like my workouts super tough. i don't have hardcore extreme -it was a little to choppy for me not as smooth as terminator. i don't have kickmax i love kickboxing...
