January rotationers: Better Late Then Never! : )~

Hi January rotation girls.

I figured I'd create a checkin for us since everyone else has one!:p

I just finished IMAX 2 6-10 plus Body Max step and ab work. I had to sub for Interval Max and MIC because I don't have them (YET!!!) and threw in the ab work on my own.

I did the work out all at once today and WHOA what a difference! :eek: }( :eek: I got my butt whooped BIG time!

How's everyone else doing?:)
 
So far so good Wendy. I am just now getting ready to do todays scheduled workouts. Had a busy work morning here. I have been doing them all at once as written and I love it:)

Todays workout is done. It was shorter then the last 2 days but I think we are back to long ones tomorrow!

I thought the cardio seemed lighter tomorrow...you know there isn't much cardio on HSC and probably about 30 minutes the first half of MIC unless you do the whole thing...right? And then on Friday, IMAX3 is only one hour. Do I have this right??

Hi girls.

I'm just continuing on this thread for today...I don't have HSC or any high step work out right now. I know BC is probably the closest match but I don't feel like doing that again so I'm just going to pick a circuit work out and get to it! :)

This morning I did HSC...that is all that I had time for this morning, but I plan to run during my lunch break and do a little more chest work.

Wendy, I think that just about any circuit workout will be suitable as a sub for HSC.

OH NO! I just realized that I have to do a 30 mins sub for the hi/lo in MIC too! YIKES! :eek: I didn't see that before! :p
 
i missed yesterday ;( dh and i had a horrible fight so didn't feel like working out ;( but things are better today ;) but I have to work a long shift today so i only had time for 30 min on the eliptical this morning. hope to catch up later.

No worries, this rotation is an a$$-kicker so missing a day or two won't make much of a difference I am sure!:) Glad that you and your DH made up!:*
 
I am going to get busy on this workout after I finish my coffee and read some of the threads. I actually like hi/lo and HSC so I am looking forward to it.

HEY A CHECK IN! What do you know??

This rotation is going to whip us right into shape I believe ladies! It is TOUGH but worth it I think. I hate the Imaxes! HATE THEM! But I will do 2 tomorrow since I don't have 3.

I'm going to do High Step Circuit for HSC and then 1st half of MIC since I have that one.

Hi girls!

I ended up doing SB/SJP 60 mins weight and step circuit and then moved on to Carribbean work out hi/lo which I tivo'd from fittv and then abs. }(

Terri, if I were good at hi/lo I would do my own thing but I really am pretty awful at it! I am a much better stepper or kick boxer.

Kali, you don't like the Imaxes? I like them but ya gotta be in the right frame of mind to put up with that kind of a beating! LOL }( I also have no probem modifying when needed which helps me to get through them.

Well I'm back. I did High step circuit which was lame but I still broke a pretty good sweat. Hi-lo from MIC was great. I can really feel my legs since starting this rotation. I did stability ball abs too from HSC.

I guess I will modify tomorrow Wendy if Imax2 is too much. I thought of doing SB or something else instead but I think I'll stick closer to the schedule and modify if need be. I forget that we "can" do that. LOL!

On to day 5! Bring it on!

Great job everyone!!

I did get in a 3.5 mile run over lunch and I did some additional chest work.

I agree with you Kali that the High Step works are hardly cardio in my opinion, but I do like them.

IMAX3 is actually one of my favorite workouts...so I'm looking forward to it. I know...I'm nuts!!

This is day 3 of an IMAX in a week! Was Cathe off her rocker when she wrote this!? ;-)

Good luck ladies! I fear after today's work out I will just be a pile of sweaty mush on the floor that will not move for days!!! LOL }( :eek: :+
 
Ok Ladies. I don't have Imax3 so I did 2. I'm done. No more Imaxes until next Thursday when it's Lowmax AND THEN the last 5 intervals of IMAX 2????!!!!! Dear Lord. We are in trouble girls.

Glad you enjoy Imax3 Marietta. It's so much more fun when you like what you're doing. I did not have fun. There is just no more JUMP! in my jumper I'm afraid! LOL!

Hey guys!

I did do IMAX3 this morning and then I did some tricep and ab work afterwards. While I was looking forward to doing IMAX3, I wasn't looking forward to waking up this morning for some reason...but once I got going I good to go.

Don't get to excited about not having to do anymore IMAX workouts until next week. Tommorow and Monday we do Hardcore Extreme and they all contain some segments from IMAX3. So, if you don't have Hardcore Extreme, you will have to sub IMAX2 with Low Max and then the Intensity blast from Kick Max...don't you guys love me!!

Wendy and Kali...you guys crack me up!!

Uh yeat imax3 for me today YIPPEEEEE! Ok I was kidding as that one has a dread factor for me. Kali, I almost want to sub running for it but I won't! Marietta always inspires me to do things I would rather switch:) Great job ladies and wish me luck. I am envious you are already done.
