Thanks for such a sweet note and your support with my weight loss and my husband. I am so exciting about finding this web site/forum. You guys have already been a tremondous help and support. How long before you started noticing a difference in your body? I know I have to be patient but I only have about 4 months until he gets home and I want to see some results. Am I expecting too much? Glad to hear that I can't go wrong with CTX. Did I understand you correctly that you had not exercised in a year and got great results and survived starting out with the CTX tapes? I feel so out of shape and I am a little intimidated right now until I get the tapes and see them. Thanks for the support and hope to talk to you soon!!

Appreciate your brother and his willingness to go over to Iraq at such a young age (just a baby) Thank God for men and women like that. i'll pray for you and your family . i hated the waiting and the seperation it was very hard. It's a lot of adjusting now that he is home and things have changed a lot but we are committed on working through it together. he'll be home before you know it ;) i have put some pics in my trail of my husband overseas .

Peanut Butter rules. Especially Peanut Butter M&Ms. Reesey Cups. Sandwiches. PB rules.

Law and Order rocks. Sam Waterston - have had the hots for him since before I knew what the hots were. (197&^%$#@-ish) Dennis Farina - silver in the hair and thunder in the pants. This current season much better.

Iraq - sucks. My own dear brother is due back in April or May. Although we're not terribly close (he grew up in Europe with his mother) still love him like mad and want him to come home. Kudos to the spouses of servicepeople.

Cross Train Express - the best first Cathe purchase you can make - chaptering is good, very flexible for customizing your workouts. Barbell. Dumbbells.

Thanks I need all the prayers I can get. I hear there is a lot of adjusting when they get home so I am hopefully going to be prepared. We'll see. i've been married almost 4 years (will be on april 22) . he was gone from nov '03 to may '05 so it was really hard. Its still hard some days but we both knew it wouldn't be easy once he came home from that place. he has changed so much , but who wouldn't after being in a war zone. so we just take it one day at a time.

I am sorry you are struggling with all of this. Wish I had an answer. The only thing I know to do is pray. Have you ever read the book The five love languages? I wish someone would have told me about it years ago or given it to me when I first got married and it would have saved us a lot of struggles. It is a great book and if you give me your address I will send it to you. I have been married 18 years and you have to work at it for sure. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
