I saw in one of threads you and Terri are going to do BC then half of the IMax2. It looks like a lot of fun so I might try it next week. The question I have for one of you is after you do BC, do you do the cool down, then do the warm up in IMax2 before the interval work or you finish BC without the cool down, go directly to interval 1 without doing the warm up?
Another combination I liked a lot is the combos from Kickmax then do the cardio section of KPC. I was winded afterwards. }(
