Ok Wendy and Terri. I'm ready. I'm about to do Bootcamp and this evening I will attempt all of IMAX2 since I only have an hour now before I have to get ready for work.
Even tho I'm splitting them up today, is not making me feel any better. But it will be worth it.

Hi everyone i'm ready to start the jan rotation I might sub a 30 min run for imax2 not sure yet. Will most likely do both workouts back to back. Hubby and I are going to see Hostel later today and then out for a short hike. Good luck to all those who follow ;P

Good luck girls! I just finished the January rotation. It's tough but it's SOOO well worth it. I lost 9 pounds doing it!. I wish I would have taken measurements before but I didn't x( Anyway, you'll all do great.
I started the Bootcamp rotation (October '05) this morning - hoping to blow off those last pregnancy pounds!
I did BC everything but core premix this morning and I'm getting ready to do IMAX 2 1-5 plus the core only premix of BC. I will most likely be splitting up many of these work outs but I have no doubt I will still get the same results from it!
I weighed and measured myself this morning to see what kind of results I get...can't wait until it's over!!!

I am all done!!! I did bootcamp as is except for the cooldown then I put in imax2 and pushed the 1-5 premix and it included the warmup so I did that as well. I drank 3 bottles of water during this time! It felt good but i was dragging a bit on interval3 but recovered and went on to finish. Now I can hardly wait for tomorrow
