I mostly always use DVDs but since I have subscribed to Cathe Live, I have been trying some of those and really do love them! I will always have my DVDs.

Siobhan, good workout with C&E Chris for 45 minutes.
Surprisingly, I am only feeling minor pain in my right leg. Nice! I think I will stick with the bands for a while.
I decided to try the Boss Band Glute and Core for 51 minutes. Hurt at times, but I think the bands are best for me right now. We'll see how I feel tomorrow with my right leg. Keeping my fingers crossed!
