    I totally agree on the old lady shoes. I have a very small foot and look in children's sizes. There are no good-looking kid's shoes that I will wear. LOL

    Linda, another good blender workout with Blender- "Biceps & Legs with a Splash of Foam Roller" - 24 min. YT-Earth & Owl- 10 min. Beginner Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope workout YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps- 6 min. Looks like some good cardio. Think I'm checking out the CrossRope as well!
