Today I did LMR Elevated Bonus workout #3 Upper Body Chest, Shoulders, Tris for 41 minutes and STS Extended for 17 minutes. Some of the stretches I cannot do like pigeon, crossing my legs, putting my feet together and happy baby. I do feel like I am making some progress but not taking chances...

I really enjoyed the Leslie Sansone workouts I did today (Tuesday). I look forward to doing the rest of them. I will definitely be reaching for these a lot!
It was 91 here today.
Today I did STS 2.0 Fully Body Stretching for 29 minutes, then Leslie Sansone Tummy Walk for 10 minutes and followed it up with Leslie Sansone Flexible walk for 10 minutes.
Think I may try an upper body for tomorrow.
