    Annette, you are truly a warrior! It consisted of Barbell Overhead Press 12,10, 8 Dumbbell Front Raises- 10x2 Dumbbell Lateral Raises- 10x3 Rear Delt Machine Fly 10x3 Barbell Upright row 10x2 Machine Leg Curl- 10x3 Then Core work for at least 10 minutes.
