No workout for me today. Had Jeffrey's dining room set delivererd to the condo today and he is at the beach for the weekend so that's what I did today and grocery store.

Today I did STS 2.0 Upper Body 1 for 59 minutes and finished with Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes. DOMs in my legs for the last few days. Feels so good!
