    ChelePa, nice with CD’s Quick HIIT 30/10 format. Jumping jacks or some variation followed by plank move. I don't really like jumping jacks either but burpees - do not like them AT ALL:)

    Siobhan, good workout with Chris & Edi for lower body - about 50 minutes. Right now, the LMR series works for me because I need to go lower because of my leg. I am so tight and not in my usual fitness place.
