    Siobhan, that's a good long workout you did! 45 minutes of a Chris & Edi total body workout. I just finished my own stretch. I managed 30 minutes of LMR2 elevated lower body.

    Today I was able to do Step Boss Chair Stretch for 16 minutes and STS 2.0 Total Body Stretch for 25 minutes. Parts of it were painful because of my leg pain so I eased up when I felt it. Just think I need to keep stretching as my leg allows.

    Annette, good sweaty work out Cardio Boxing workout off YouTube. It was called " Lose Weight FAST with this Simple Workout" out of South Africa for 59 minutes. 4,000 steps, that's a lot. Sounds like he did keep you hopping
