I always see the most progress in definition in my upper body with BMAX and MIS. Both of these, upper body portion. Although I would definitley do both work in their entirety (sp?), I always see my upper body pop. I'd also add some Cardio Kicks and Imax s in there. So you could do....

I'm loving STS, but I've noticed that with the leg work my forearms give out before my legs and I have to lower my weight. Because if this, I feel like I'm not working up to my potenital with my legs. Is there anything I can do so I can use the proper weight for my legs?

I'm a triathlete and I decided to make STS part of my training for the upcoming season. I've been wondering how it'll affect my cycling too. I do a group ride on Thursdays, so I may be switching Legs to Mondays or Tuesdays. Probably Mondays during training and then once racing season kicks in...
