she's so effective and positive. i know alot of the moves, but the adds her own twists to it to make it harder to make it really burn. which is the butt kicking my butt needs!

My Fitness Goals
working on the all pro beginner routine. my goal is to build strength while cutting.
My Success Story
Lost 45 lbs 2 yrs ago, gained 30, but all the inches. So now I'm back to square 1.
My latest NSV- non scale victory, is 1 rep max deadlift of my guy's weight. I can't really lift that much, but it's nice to know it's possible. I'm excited to see what I could do if I actually trained.
