trying to add the perfect 30 workouts to the workout manager calendar. I can add the workout as usual but it doesn't post to the calendar. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix?
My WM is still not working Sunday 1:00 pm PDT. Having the same problems as Tigger lite. I also didn't realize how much the tracking means to me until it would't work. I did clear my cache as suggested above still no luck
Would you consider PHA training (1st video) a weight or a metabolic workout? Trying to work it into my rotation and am not quite sure how to schedule it
the PHA2 video is not populating in the calendar in workout manager. When i entered the data fro the dvd (what a great workout by the way) today it entered all the data but didn't populate the calendar so at first glance it looks like i didin't do anything.

Here Here! A total body pre-mix would be great. I find a once a week total body workout with HIIT training and biking throughout the rest of the week a perfect way for me to stay in shape
while I'm enjoying the the new version of the workout manager I really miss being able to see at a glance the cumulative calories burned per day/week/month and total minutes exercised at a glance on the home page. Will that be a feature that returns in future versions?:)
I think it's hormones. I had a hysterectomy about 9 months ago and i developed the big tummy pouch. My physician says it's hormone fluxuation and there is not much you can do about it. Doesn't make me very happy. I guess I'll just keep up with my cardio and weights and trying to eat healthy...
I just finished week 2 of meso 3 plyo legs. Has anyone else noticed the music speeds up towards the end of the phyl segments just when your legs have turned to quivering masses of jelly and your not sure you can even finish the 30 seconds?
Am I really supposed to try and go faster?:confused:
