My Success Story
My fitness journey began in January of 1999. I began working out to support my twin sister Jean who wanted to lose weight. I set no goals and didn't even weigh myself in the beginning because I was sure that she'd quit after 2 weeks. We began doing Taebo and seeing changes immediately. After a year, my sister lost 50 pounds and I was down about 40 pounds. I have kept it off and continue to find ways to challenge myself. I started running in October of 2007 and so far have completed 11-5k's, 1-8k, 1-10k, 1-13K and 1-15K. I'm shooting for a 1/2 marathon by December of 2008!
