Oh my goodness... that is all I can say.... well, on the bright side, these are definately workouts that I will have to work into... no way I can do that chest work first time... probably will take me a year to build up to this.

I agree too... I imagine that Cathe will probably go into some details about how she and her crew prepared as she did with the Intensities... I don't think she will get anymore specific than that... and I think that is extremely smart on her part... as many of you and she has said... she is not...

I love the recipes in "The Formula".... I have the peanut butter with cocoa and milk and protein powder shake for breakfast every morning... that cheesecake recipe is pretty dang good too...

All Step (part of the Cross Train Express series) comes with the step and it is really advanced... don't feel bad.....When I bought my Step, I got that All STep video and it was the first time I had tried CAthe... and I tried it once and promptly put it away cause it was way out of my league...
I have Timesaver and the whole series as well and I use Timesaver quite a bit.... I do a Timesaver rotation once very four weeks or so and then go back to the longer workouts the other weeks... I have CTX also, but Timesaver, which I think is a little easier, is more at my fitness level right...

Don't return the DVDs! You will regret it major if you do! Cathe is so addictive.... I have all those that you have and love, love them all....
I am a fairly new, intermediate Cathe exerciser and I modify alot of her moves...
My advice would be to skip to the Basic...
You will love these workouts! Cathe uses three pounds weights through these I am guessing to target the beginning audience more..... I use much higher as I came to Cathe from the Firm also.... I use 5,8, 10, and 12's... depending on the exercise... 5's on the shoulder stuff as my shoulders are...
Just wanted to chime in here and tell you guys again NOT to use the fanny lifter for the high step training work or step in Cathe's workouts... it is no where near stable enough to handle the work.... you will be on your butt or worse..... I ordered the High Step and have packed my Fanny lifter...
Where on this website is the list of chapters in each of the pre-mixes on of the Body Blast series? I am trying to use the pre-mixes as much as my DVD player will allow, and I would like to get an idea of the different chapters in each one.
