I can't seem to find these with my 1 rep max in so I can print them out. I've followed the instructions I found on another post but can't see the 'edit workout' function.
Thanks.
I can't seem to access the videos. The only place it will let me log in is the workout manager but when I go to the On Demand page, the button to view videos is no longer there. It won't let me log in on the main page.
Hi
Sorry if I'm being thick. If I want to have a programme set for me - am I correct that I do it via choosing a rotation on the Workout Manager. Once I have my days programme set for me - how do I link that into the On Demand system to actually view the workout video. Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for the great advice. Sorry - one more question. If I don't have time, could I cut down the length of the STS workouts. Or how does XTrain compare. I know it has cardio too but how to the strength workouts compare to STS - thanks
Thank you so much. I didn't realise there was the responses on my other post too.
I think I've been deduced by the Beachbody type before and after photos that try to say you can get results quickly. Going for long term change seems so much more sensible.
The other confusion I have is with the...
is there a premix to make STS only half an hour? If not, could I just stop aft 30 minutes and still get an effective workout. I'm so used to 30 minute DVDs that I think knowing I had 50 mins to an hour, would put me off doing it.
hi
I read so much conflicting stuff about this. I want to lose about 10-15 pounds of fat.
I love using weights and HATE indoor cardio - although I don't mind running.
What's the best way for me to lose fat and how much of a deficit should I be, calorie wise.

Hi Looking at STS with interest. It's a lot of money though- especially as I'm in the Uk and will have to pay taxes. If I buy the download- can I burn it onto a DVD to watch in my DVD player? Do people think its worth it? Can anyone compare it to Chalean Extreme?
