    Equipment questions

    I didn't have money to purchase extra stuff so my husband took a milk crate and added carpet on it for the step. It served its purpose. I also used dumbbells since I did not have a barbell. I used a stability ball for the slanted step. I also used a towel or paper plates for gliders.

    percent body fat

    I am certainly no expert! I am training for a figure competition (3 weeks out) and am 40 years old, 5'5" , 115 pounds and at 13.5% body fat. I'm trying to get down between 10-12% but that is for figure competing.

    I've done several rounds of STS and I still use my dumbbells that I have. With money being tight, I had to use what I had. I still have gotten great results!!!
