Perfect 30 HIIT - low and high: what a blast!

I did them both yesterday.... Can't say enough how much fun I had and how I did enjoy the new moves! So fresh and fluid, I really appreciated the new twist, bending, reaching exploding concept: I feel it more concerned about every day functional moves and loved the grouping of four repetitions...

    Fit Tower Rotation?

Hi! If you go to the " new videos and dvd" section and search for " fit tower user guide" you will find a post with links to all user guides. In each of them many different rotations are included, I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Hope this may help!

    Mixed Impact Cardio+Pull Day

I agree with you.I did the" double it" premix and as in the first half I discovered it was totally doable, I modified some moves the second time around just to keep my heart pumping and pounding. It's very easy to modify the low impact portions to something harder. Loved those Bunny hops...

Fit Split Shred Cardio / Push Day

I tried Shred cardio and really enjoyed it!!!! Tough even if more merciful than PlyoHiit 2 (to me, the hardest ever: the firts two rounds are killer, then I can stick with rest of it ).In this one you have some more "gentle" blasts, but as two risers are a challenge to me I felt I worked hard...

Low Impact Cardio & Metabolic Conditioning Review / Thoughts

Low impact was the first of the series I tried and I really liked it. I was not too much concerned about intensity , I supposed it was something similar to "All out low impact " from X-train. I appreciated the new twist on old moves, and concentrated myself on the range of motion and depht of...

    Met value attribution

Thank you for your reply! In any case I do agree with Carrie: if they are your best guessed, they are very well guessed! And, let me add one extra compliment for your newsletter: as a pharmacist, the first thing I would go for when I read an article is bibliography and I do appreciate your...

    Met value attribution

I don't know if it's the right place ( maybe Ask Cathe was a better choice)... But each and every time I do wait for a new series to be in my hands, this question comes to my mind : I would really like to know how you can attribute the MET value for a workout, which has become an important...

    Question about Cardio Slam

I felt exactly che same way. By the third time I did it, I started to feel challenged but not as much as with Hiit. Had a lot of fun but no dread factor! To me , my hardest are Plyo Hiit two (second exercise... Those hops are too fast on 8 inches, I need to lower to 6 for this one and then...

    PHA+Bonus Abs

Just completed PHA but no time for ABS today. This workout is amazing: very fast paced, time flew by and heart rate went really up. I had to adjust weights for the second or third set for upper body part and in each case I reached muscle exhaustion or went almost near by the time of the last...

    Cardio Slam DONE!!!

Just completed Cardio Slam...love it!!!! Breathing heavily at times , legs are sore now but felt so well in the end!!!!really enjoyed the undulating sequence high- low impact where low impact is active recovery between high impact sets. It reminded me of Tabatacise but with a different taste...

    RWH Low Impact Hiit 2

I agree with you, Firemedic. I felt it more in my glutes and the day after my core was nicely sore. Great idea to do both of them back to back. Should give it a go asap!

    Plyo HiiT Two

I enjoyed this one sooo much! It's a little masterpiece. It combines new moves with older ones ( fast feet straddles!!! Power turning squats!!!) and I felt like moving really fast on memory lane... As Cathe says " a blast from the past" mixed in a new way. Felt my heart rate going up up up...

    RWH rotations: normal vs scrambled

Just a question about the two rotations : is there any difference in terms of results? I know we are considering a short amount of time (one month) but the work load seems to be greater in the scrambled one (less days off). Or do they focus on slightly different benefits? More on the muscle gain...
