Well...I finally had saved up and now trying to decide which heart monitor I want. I was going to get the F6 until I seen the F4 is 20 dollars cheaper and seems have the same stuff.
Does anyone know the difference between the F6 and F4? I hate to spend the extra 20 dollars if they are about...
.My question is Why do some People when gaining Muscle bulk up in certain areas if Muscle takes less Space? I have around 17% bodyfat and a daily runner/sprinter/long distance and weight trains but my jeans in the thigh area are tight!!! Thanks!

Hi Janie...I wouldnt worry about 2 pounds.... like the other girls said, your probably retaining water. Try not to focus on the scale and focus more on your Measurements! Your diet looks good and clean and make sure eating enough calories for your activity. Take Care!
