I'm interested in more info on the cycling workout. Will it be similar to your other cycling workouts where there's a good deal of standing (which I love!) or will it be more "outdoor cycling-ish"? How long is it? Will you be doing jumps and surges? I've loved the other two...
This post is exactly what is keeping me from doing STS. It's just so overwhelming to me. Will the w/o cards tell me what 65% of my 1RM is as well as what a decrease by 20% is (for the drop sets)? There's just so much work involved with this series and soooo much prep time. :(

I, personally, find this premix (it's called "Cardio Power" and combines the kickbox warmup and kickbox cardio with bootcamp cardio and cooldown) to be one of Cathe's toughest premixes. It absolutely kicks by butt.
For an even better calorie-torcher, add on the Kickmax blasts.... :eek:
