favorite and least favorite

What are the muscle groups that are your favorite to work and least favorite to work and why. For me, my favorite: legs (though its a love hate relationship) I always feel so strong and powerful when i train legs. Least favorite: chest. After i got implants over a year ago i just don't care to work with it plus my posture isn't the best so i don't want my chest muscles to overpower my back and make me slouch more.
 
My favorite is shoulders, I think because I can really feel my shoulders being worked during most of the exercises, like lateral raises and front raises. My least favorite is legs. Static lunges are my least favorite of all. For some reason, I have trouble really feeling them in my glutes as much as I'd like to. Moving lunges seem to work better for my glutes.

eta-traditional leg work bores me but since starting kettlebells i am starting to like some leg training more. it still uses traditional exercises just feels different and better for me.
 
Favorite legs by a mile. I love love working my legs:D

Least favorite is shoulders- rear delts. They are my weakest area. Second would be chest but I like what chest work does for my arms so it's a love/hate thing.

LOVE working upper body, especially shoulders, back and chest because I see changes fast and see the definition. Also don't mind abs.
Least favorite: legs :p...probably because I lost a lot of weight and this is where all my loose skin hangs and I don't see the changes much (feel it but don't see it).

Hmmm, favorites would be legs and shoulders because they develop the fastest and are the easiest to see changes in!

Least favorite would be back because I never seem to really be able to feel the contraction. Also, abs because they are hardest and take the longest to develop out of everything else!
 
I, too, have a love/hate relationship with legs. I love the results, but hate the workouts.

Favorite used to be shoulders, because that was always my best bodypart, but since shoulder surgery I struggle with it.

Bis and tris would be my favorite. The BURN I get when I work them hard (especially on the same day) is AWESOME!
 
I used to love legs and glutes until my knee injury.

I hate any sort of abdominal work which requires me to hold my neck up for long periods of time, and I also despise any moves which require me to lie face down on the floor. I usually sub a stability ball instead.
 
I love working legs and shoulders!

I HATE working biceps. It doesn't help that a couple of years ago I had a wrist injury, and sometimes when I do biceps I get a residual "ping" in my wrist.
 
I love working my back and shoulders and I dread working my chest-all those push ups in STS about killed me!
 
Is it crazy that my most favorite body part to work is my obliques? :DI love the way it feels! Core is is my fav but esp. obliques.

Least used to be legs until I finished STS now it's shoulders.

I love working my upper body, especially arms.
Strongly dislike my lower body especially legs.
I can't say hate anything - I love weights!
Now, if you want to talk cardio ;)
 
Love: chest and back and triceps
Like: biceps and legs, and abs
Dislike: shoulders, I find I can't go beyond 10 pounds. But I'm working on it:)
