I have become stronger in so many ways: heart healthy, as well as mentally and physically fit. I finally feel like an athlete!!

Other Workout DVDs that I own
Jackie Warner's Workout from Bravo TV. But other than that, it's pretty much all Cathe, all the time!
My Fitness Goals
To stay heart healthy and physically strong. I want to set a good example for my daughter, too.
My Success Story
I was really underweight and not fit before Cathe--she got me into shape. After my daughter, Cathe got me back to pre-baby shape and stronger than ever. I look forward to continuing to grow with Cathe as my guide!
