Debbie and Linda, Thanks for the advice. Debbie: I was thinking of doing your Basic/Intermediate/Advanced 12 week rotation and then doing a six month rotation of STS. Do you think that would work or should I continue to do full body/circuit rotations until I'm close to my goal weight...

This is my first week of STS. I've only done week 1 disc 1. I was planning on doing the 6 month rotation, but then I started reading about full body and circuit rotations being better if you have alot to lose. Thanks for any input. Diane

Good morning all, Didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. DD forgot a book she needed for class, so I had to run that to the college and then DS had a breakdown during Calculus so we had to spend an extra hour doing Math. It seemed like everytime I would start to check in one of my kids...
