Afternoon everyone,
This morning I did STS Meso 1 Disc 1 (C/S/B) and I plan on running on the treadmill tonight while I watch Biggest Loser.
Right now, I'm just logging food in Cathe's nutrition software (I only have 5 mos & 27 days left on my subscription and I've yet to make good use of it, lol!) I'll post what I ate and my stats tomorrow (hopefully that will keep me on my toes this evening when I want to snack!)
I didn't weigh myself this morning.....thinking I'll wait a few days until I get the eating under control a bit.
I hear ya on the sugar withdrawls, it's going to be a crabby few days here too!
