    Is daily cardio essential to lose weight? (Daily meaning 6 days a week, not 7). If so, how long each day. I'm looking to lose 1 pound a week. I currently weigh 165, but I'm already muscular, with a little extra fat on my inner thighs. Thanks in advance.

    I'm not Cahte, but I know what you mean, but what helps me is to slow down the movements and not aim to kick as high as Cathe does. The intensity remains the same and you get the same benefits. Hope that helps. -Chiquita

    I use all Cathe, except for Winsor Pilates Power Sculpting for abs. That's going to change once I get the Hardcore Series. Core Max looks like it has a lot of Pilates and Yoga moves in it, so it may become 100% Cathe! -Chiquita
