    for runners who wear a hr monitor

    How high do you let your hr get.I can hold mine at 154-164 for 49 min(as of today-increasing 1 min everyworkout) that is 82%-88% according to info I inputed onto hr monitor -not the formulas with resting hr.I can't get my hr down to the lower zone.Do I need to set the hr for the heavy work load...

    ? about step blast

    This is the only bb I don't have.I did what was on timesaver (3 sections)I enjoyed it. How many sections are there?Number 3 was hard for me to learn are the rest of the combos as hard are easier like #1 and #2.And is rs like sb.Thanks guys.

    can someone explain HRATE ?

    I have had my hr monitor a month and noticed that I burn more fat percentage with wt training than cardio.I burn 50-60% with wt training and 40-50% with cardio(and these are longer and more in fat burning zone)I wasn't in the fat burning zone at all this morning with ctx and burned 203 calories...

    step jump and pump-what was I thinking

    This week is a recovery week from heavy wts.I decided to do this one today for the first time.I started with the hi/low and proceded skipping the step portion(I'm a klutz).It was alot tougher than I thought it was a good workout and one I will reach for often.another overlooked treasure on my end.
