I have had this dvd forever and this was my first time doing it.It was a great workout.My hrate was up the whole workout -my muscles were on fire.This one is a gem.
 
squats-legpress
chest-back
legpress-lunges
shoulders
deadlift-calfs
tricep-bicep
3 sets pyrmid up except legpress where you pyrid up twice.and of course alternating between upper and lower.warmup /cool down included and I added pub abs onto my workout.It's around 56 min long or somewhere in that time frame.

Well, Shelia - you nudged - I bought. Then realized that my adjustable dumbells (part of my barbell set) would not cut it, so I spent MORE money on myself before Christmas *rolls eyes* and bought 10, 15 and 20 pound dumbbells. My adjustables get to 12, 17, and 22 pounds and higher.
 
I'm so excited - I've had this video for a while - it's one of my favorites (well, PUB anyway - I have to do legs more). I'll have to try the combo. Sounds great!
