    Winsor Pilates? Anyone tried it?

    I agree with Debra. Stott is the best Pilates instructor on video (in my opinion)--I do advanced; husband does beginning. I also love the old, original Jennifer Kries Precision Toning. Kries new series is not nearly as effective, washed out and not effective. (Why, why did she do that???!!) murph :(

    What is your most dreaded Cathe Cardio????

    me, too. I decided the last time that MIC is too high impact for the knees and feet all at once. I got through it, but stopped the tape twice and wasn't enjoying it. Who needs that?It is two workouts from now on...murph

    yes--I regularly do. Step Fit is one of my favorites :o I am beginning to consider Pure Strength and MIC and MIS as "older videos", too--but I have decided that MIC will always be split in half for me from now on. Too high impact...murph

    True--the new Muscle Endurance rotation that Cathe posted is helping me get through this tape unmodified--which was one of my waterloos before. MIC is still a challenge. Good for you for sticking with it!! Murph

    You Have Delivered...again

    another excellent product. I am SURE that I will make fitness gains from these tapes. I have to laugh along with the others who haven't done stability ball before in our routines--WOW!! It really adds a dimension. These will keep us busy for quite awhile. Thanks so much..you never disappoint...
