Your braclet?

Hi Cathe,
I don't know if someone has already asked this but is the braclet you wear in all your videos like a medical braclet. (To releive pain) Or is it like a symbol of love to your husband or son? Just noticed you have it on in ALL you videos even the older ones and wandered what it was for.:9

Hi Julie! Cathe has answered this for us before. LOVED your idea of the symbol of LOVE! :7 She wears it to remind her which side is OUR right side even though she is using her left. Does that make sense? She is facing us so everything is opposite of what she cues. Sooo, it is just a reminder that for the video, her left wrist is her "right wrist" for the time being. Hmmm, not sure if I understand what I just wrote.

That is such a great idea about the bracelet. I used to do Buns of steel once and I got so confused, I was doing my right side and then she would turn to do it like us and it always threw me in the biggest way. Cathe has always been so easy for me to follow and do. By the way Cathe love your Imax2 and Step Jump and Pump. One question, do you ever plan to use some of those same step routines in SJP in another video? love the Kung fu fighting song in it!! one of my favorites now!! and I also have to comment you and your music and your back grounds make it so easy and nice to the eyes and ears while some other exercise videos I have tried are sooooo boring and they use elevator music which to me is not inspiring to give it my all, but when I use your tapes I seem to really get into it more then anything

AAaaaahhhhh. No WONDER she doesn't give all the wrong cues that I get in other workout vids! I always wondered how she could do that, as I'm sure all her blood is in her muscles, not going to her brain, and I know that 'I' would mess up totally trying to lead these things!:+

Ahhh, that's interesting! I thought it was simply a hair tye. Back when my heair was long I wore hair tyes as bracelets quite often!

Hi Bobbie! Ironically it has become a hair tie for me now too. It is so convenient for those times when you want to quickly throw your hair up and have it out of the way.
