Yay for Low Impact Step!

I, too, really enjoyed Low Impact Step. I just jumped in there and did the premix - Lower Body Cardio Blast. I really liked it. Cathe has taught me well over the years how to add intensity. It had a lot of my favorite moves. Also, the ball part brought back great memories of the road trip.

I also did Basic Stretch. I loved it. A lot of my favorite stretches and the perfect length of time for me.

I just wanted to say I loved this workout also. I haven't been able to exercise since April due to many familiy illnesses and deaths and my own exacerbation of my illness. Today I restarted with this video and let me tell you it was the perfect intensity for me with a 4 inch step. Cathe you are the greatest, I can't wait to try the premixes.

I still waiting my low impact/total body sculping DVD I ordered from CKsales. I have seen the videoclips and I love the coreo.I have seen the steps in Low Max and the step of Cardio and Weights. I usually have to wait seven days to receive my orders from CK sales. They charged my credit card the 31 of august. Maybe I will receive the DVD tomorrow. I hope so.

Cathe, I too LOVE the new workouts! Just as Wendy said, being pregnant (I'm 18 weeks) the timing is perfect. The impact and length is just right.

I did my LIS today for the first time - I LOVED IT!!! Being a new Cathe person/ex-Firm person - this is a good transition to Cathe. The IMAX's were just killing me. It's my goal to be up to doing those in 6 months, and in the meantime, I am TOTALLY LOVING this series.....
