I, too, really enjoyed Low Impact Step. I just jumped in there and did the premix - Lower Body Cardio Blast. I really liked it. Cathe has taught me well over the years how to add intensity. It had a lot of my favorite moves. Also, the ball part brought back great memories of the road trip.
I also did Basic Stretch. I loved it. A lot of my favorite stretches and the perfect length of time for me.
