Xtrain's 90 day undulating rotation calls for Chest, Back, and Shoulders, followed by Tabatacise (mix 12, 13, 14, or 15) the next day. Those pre-mixes include Burn Set Back. I feel so fatigued after CB&S that I don't know if it's a good idea to attempt Burn Set Back tomorrow. Is that an oversight?
Week 7 calls for the same thing. Then, week 8 has Burn Sets: Chest, Back, and Shoulders, then Tabatacise (with Burn Set Back) the very next day. I don't know about that...
