XTrain 90 Day Undulating Rotation

Thanks Eva:) Hey I also bought me NB shoes I haven't try it yet but it's very cushiony! It's WX877BP I'm hoping it's good for high impact.

Renee-CCC was a tough workout but I might try it again next week. Probably IMO one of Cathe's toughest! What week are you now and are you feeling the results? :)

Yes Katied, I did feel a little sore in the knee from CCC. Looking forward to week 3. Looks like the first two days are cardio!

I am in my last day of week three! Tues will be week 4 i have not weighed or measured yet i will after 90 days. I want to lose but im not getting stuck on it yet. Lol i love to eat so im trying to eat less but kinda hard lol. But even with that i DID take pic of my arm anf
D i see a bicep now i am going to post my arm after three week mark as my avitar. My arm did just look like a fat burrito. Now there is muscle there, i can see my tris when i couldnt before. I will post that pic to if i can figure how to. I forgot how to upload photos. My rear end is getting perky too. It is still big imo but it is higher. I think if i continue just focusing on sticking to the rotation and eat right it may take longer then 90 days because i had 30 pounds to lose, i will see weight loss. But im loving the look of the arm...along way to go still but its better then before. I wish i knew how to split screen my arm of before three weeks and after. U can see the difference! Ya for my little bumps! Lol

I know my arm still looks chunky but wait til u see the before lol

I did Crossfire today, since I am so off of my third week of XTrain after taking a few days off, so I just chose a random workout for today. I am going to restart week three tomorrow. Crossfire was fun. I really like that workout. It's hard but it keeps moving, so it goes by relatively quickly. I did not do the core and burned 550 calories, which is really good. Another reason I chose this workout is that I was dying to use my new cushy sneaks! I bought these, New Balance 877 - New Balance - US. Those are the same ones you have Buneknek! They were very cushiony. I was very happy with them!! These will probably work better for me than any shoe I've tried so far. Usually the bottom of my feet start burning when I jump around, but that did not really happen to me today. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on them when you get around to trying them out.

Tomorrow I will do CBS from XTrain.

Renee, I am glad you are feeling better. Congrats on that bicep and the tighter tushie!! That is so awesome!! Nothing motivates like results.;)

GO Eileen - No matter how many times I do CCC, it is still a killer. I agree that it's got to be one of Cathe's toughest.

I haven't checked in in a while--but I'm still doing the rotation. I finished week 3 yesterday. This week was extreme premix week for me. I did All Out extreme premix 16--I used 8 pound weights, too--got a much better workout with the extreme premix, so that will be my go to from now on. I did Cardio Leg Blast extreme premix 13--WOW! My legs are so sore today! Especially my hamstrings and inner thighs! I love it! I would say it's my go to, but premix 13 is 87 minutes long! The regular extreme premix 11 (no core bonus) is 75 minutes long! So those will have to be reserved for weekends. :( And today I did Supercuts extreme premix 5--I love it! It upped the intensity--but not as much as the other two extreme premixes I did. I had planned to use heavier weights for Supercuts this time, but I was pretty sore from Bi's & Tri's and Cardio Leg Blast--plus I have Chest, Back and Shoulders tomorrow, so I went with the same weights Cathe and crew used. Maybe next time I'll up the weights and get a more intense workout. It was still a great workout!

It was a great week, too--some muscle group was always suffering from DOMS at some point this week, so Xtrain is definitely doing the job!
 
hi everyone!

started week three today with cardio leg blast extreme plus core 2 (premix 17). added in the 100 rep scarecrow challenge again to keep working on my shoulders:D. that was pretty dang intense! i hadn't eaten anything and began to feel fried towards the end, put somehow caught my second wind and pushed it out. the workout manager says its a seven hundred some calorie burn, which is pretty sweet! i am thinking of doing tababacise tomorrow instead of hard strikes since i have the day off work-- we'll see how i feel in the morning after today;)

renee-- your arm looks great! no chunky-ness there!! yay for you and results!! congrats!

eva-- i might have to check out those shoes. i have flat feet and am always struggling to find a shoe that gives enough support on high impact. if i'm not careful, i end up with plantar fascitis-- which is also what brought out my last case of tendonitis. wish i had arches! i love crossfire, too! such a great workout! the extreme version is my favorite. will have to get back to that and to the max when these 90 days are over.:D

eileen-- i am the same way when i have the day off! like today, i worked out more and tomorrow, too, hopefully. if i have the day off from work, i figure i can get some "extreme" premixes in of cathe.

You're arms are looking great Renee! Xtrain is pretty impressive, I think. I'm seeing changes in my arms and shoulders too. Pretty exciting only 3 weeks in! Are you doing the 100 Rep Challenges? I think that has something to do with how solid my muscles seem to feel.
 
Eva- yes that was exactly I got! I'm glad your happy about yours. Could not wait to try them tomorrow for cardio leg blast!

Jengollf yes i do the 100 challenge to. Like when i do legs i do the thrust. Ifim doing chest back shoulders i do scarcrow n sometimes delts i alternate. I have not done tri 100 yet. I will see if i can fit it in soon. Thanks very much. Now gotta keep on keeping on. I did a jog 2.5 miles today a.d later ill do all out. Then tomorrow is rest day!
 
renee-- i just figured out how to add more pictures-- you probably already know this, though! found it on my user CP. i actually added an album and it was really quick! anyway, not sure how to do before an after pics, but maybe you could just create a new album with old pics and the new ones of your strong bicep:). i posted some pics of myself and my kids, and our little dog, bugsy, who seems to be completely healed of his recent injury.

anyway, too much time on the computer! going to go make a new recipe for soup-- it has kale, cashew cream and garbanzo beans in it. looks super yummy online!

time to get cooking:D
 
Katied ya, i got my son to do it lol. He is good with it. He put two arm pics, split and put it on my wall. I am not sure mayb its my head by i think i see a difference.! But if u click on my profile its on there.
I know what u mean about being on computer to long. I just made chicken n dumblins.. Then did AOLIH so tomorrow is rest day. Man my knee is feeling like it needs to rest!

So I had this sample pre workout mix I noticed it has 400mg of caffeine so I decided to take only half serving. Oh my oh my! I had this tingling sensation all over my body & my heart was pumping like crazy! Though I had a great workout! I finished cardio leg blast 100 HT challenge & core 2! The tingling finally went away but it was scary at first. I will not take that thing again!

Ok for anybody that is looking for high impact shoes I highly recommend this NB 877 series that also Eva got! However I don't recommend them for people that has high arch. This shoes is very cushiony, lot of room in the toe box & has good lateral support. So if you have a flat to moderate arch & wide feet this one is for you!

Thanks! Im looking for a cushy shoe, my feet burn on the bottom too even on low impact. I am a nuetral runner and do not need alot ache support. I will be looking this up. I bought a pair of gravity defyers its cushy in the heel for sure but i need cushion in the ball of the toe fore front of the foot. Where these expensive? Do u have to order online? Rest day for me today.

Oh i did AOLI H yesterday and im sore im my hips and legs! Yaa i did these two other times and i wasnt sore so maybe i went deeper in my squats.

hi everyone!

switched out hard strikes and did tabatacise levels 1-5 plus core 1 and added on the bicep and tricep 100 rep challenges. that was a mjor sweatfest! felt good, though!

renee-- sorry your knee is bugging you! hope the rest day takes care of it! i feel kind of like i have been one aching body part after the other lately:p yesterday my low back was bugging me-- think it was how i slept the night before. now, after doing tabatacise, my right foot feels a little sore. sigh. tomorrow is chest, back and and shoulders, so hopefully all of me will feel better by wednesday;)

eva and buneknek-- thanks for the info on the shoes! and the great price at zappos! i think i will have to check them out for sure as clearly my flat feet need more support then they are getting right now.

buneknek-- that sounds scary about the workout drink! would have freaked me out, too. sounds similar to a reaction i had from novacaine at the dentist, actually. apparently it went straight to my heart? or some freakish thing, but my heart started racing and i felt all amped up. have stayed away from novacaine since. too scary!

Katied it probly had epinephrin in it.. So if they use carbiocane it has no epi in there, it shouldnt do that.
U did all five tabatas? Wow that is great! I was looking at it and i saw premix of step only i wish i could do a premix of step portion and 2 tabats in the middle then step again. That way it would be kinda steady state with a blast in the middle then steady again. That would b fun. I may try it but id be clicking alot lol
