Hi all,

Where is everyone?

I was soaking wet yesterday when I finished my run. DH thought I had gotten caught in the rain, but no, it was sweat. Today is upper something. My wrist has been bothering me a little, so I'm not sure what yet. I think it is getting to be about time for a recovery week for my upper body. Then yoga.

Cheryl - Weights everyday? I guess I do them 4 days per week. Then I've been doing cardio 3, but will up that to 4 when I get the eliptical, and yoga daily. That's working for me right now. What has really helped my running is the bike riding.

Nicole - You must have had a really bad bug. Ughh... I hope that you are feeling better. How was the trip?

Debra - Looks like you had a nice week for your vacation. I hate when people watch me do my yoga. You are still very busy. When will you have almost everything with the new house set up? Have you stayed their at all yet?

Traci, Sandra, Jeanette, Amy, Laurie, hi to all.

Tracy

Morning TracyX~ and all to follow.............
So sorry about yesterday gals (disappearing due to negativity on boards)…. I just don’t handle negative vibes in large doses very well anymore…..

Anyway…. New day!

Your run sounds intense Tracy! You go girl!! Hope today is good for all of us!

Yesterday: 1 hour Biceps/Triceps, 1 hour Yoga, Pilates, & 1 hour Legs & Abs = GREAT WORKOUT!

Today is *Bike* at Sunrise (fingers crossed for no rain) OR a BBC Cardio

*Buns*: (gonna get’em good today!): *Squeeze Floor + Brand New Butt Floor + B&G Add On Glutes + BB Great Buns = about 40 min

*Yoga*: Eoin Quickie

Back with yesterday personals soon!

Back with personals~

LOOKING FOR JEANETTE-X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where’s our gal??????????

Cheryl~ Its great that you have experimented a bit with what works for your body… I also think it was a good way to shock your system so now that you are going back to the Weights/Cardio format you should get great results. I am adding in 30-45 minute cardios (although not high intensity) most days now just to see if I can drop some BF. How much more do you really want to lose? I’d LIKE to be down 5#s but only in lower half… Where do I order a DVD that will accommodate that? LOL My chest has disappeared and I do believe I have dropped to an A cup for first time in my life… I need to go get a good bra fitting for sure…. I did GS Legs yesterday so I guess we are both feeling our lovely legs become sculpted today!

TeddyGirl~ I am so upset with you! I read what you ate over the weekend and I gained 12#s!!!! MY GOSH WOMAN! I’d be on a 5 day fast if I did that! So glad you enjoy StrikeZone! Meeeeee Too! I have started using the drills & strength segments as add ons to my legs day as well….. Those drills get me good in the thighs!

Amy~ welcome to the land of the living in daylight! I think today you are back to your “day’ schedule…. Gardening perhaps? The sun is FINALLY out here but everything is just soaked. Heard last night on news that we have had rain every day for 40 days!!!!!! That’s a record for us! Wet yes but soaked – that’s a first! I REALLY wonder if its EVER going to dry out. Wendell’s allergies are thru the roof because of all the mold around…. 105 degrees plus rain = mosquitoes & mold! So how’s Dave doing with his latest diagnosis? Will he change his lifestyle at all because of it?

DebraX~ WooHoo YOURE BACK! You were so missed! I cannot wait to see your pics! Your time away sounds heavenly!!! As far as catching up- Well you did miss all the excitement of past 2 weeks…. *TracyX is officially our Hot Bod gal – due to YOGA! Somehow she feels the ice cream licking more than most! *SandraX signed a contract to fulfill duties as a stand- in for Angelina in her next movie… I think it’s the nude scene! And *I have become the latest trainer to the stars …. All the ones in prison! *Cheryl, *Amy & *Wendy are all Waaaay to busy getting all buffed out for R/T to talk much anymore…. I hear they are going to beg to be in some of Cathe’s 2007 DVDs – as of course THE XERS! *Laurie & *Nicole are staying true to form…. Very busy bee’s as the social directors of their communities… perhaps a Mayors Award is in their futures! *JeanetteX has left her husband- packed up Tilley and is off to France to train to for the next “Tour”…. SEE – NO NEED TO GO BACK AND READ!!!

Nicole~ So glad you and family are on the mend now! What a time you’ve had…. I’m telling you- The X Curse! We ALL had something try to derail us! LOL on the workout marathon…. My old bod cant take a lot of those days anymore…. I can sure feel the “Total Body Experience” this morning. I was going stir crazy being stuck inside for so many days – lightening is not something I mess with…. I HAD to do something! I’m GLAD you couldn’t find the nasty poster threads yesterday…. Shelley finally called her out I see and it stopped after several threads were infused with her anger…. Hopefully all the nonsense is settled down- well at least til shipping stuff starts! LOL

TracyX~ Yeah I ordered yesterday… VERY excited to get some new strength stuff in there! Its funny how quickly I get bored with everything I have – I think its just because I am doing weights every day now. I have enough cardio to keep me for a lifetime! Still haven’t shipped your DVD but todays the day as the sky is clear until about 3pm! Yippee!!!

Wendy~ I ordered but then again I DON’T have a R/T to pay for! Ha! There IS something good about not being able to go !!! What is your finish date with X? I am so confused!!! I was P98X girl but I think you’ll beat me on that one! I do believe Tony takes issue with anything above P175X!

LaurieX~ WOW you fit in quite a bit this past weekend! You are so much more dedicated to getting your workouts in than I! I think you are definitely in the Fit For Life group…. I still “make it happen” that’s after YEARS & YEARS of working out regularly. Congrats on being all but done with XX! A celebration is in order!

SandraX~ Our busy mom! I know you had a blast with KPC- You LOVE that one! Hope all is well in your world!

Off to tackle world issues today.... putting on my cape!:D

Traci...Thanks for the update! LOL...Can't wait to see Sandra in the buff as the Angelina stand in...I actually dreamed about Sherry Stringfield last night...LOL! I didn't look at the OD yesterday...so missed the negativity...which is probably good since it saved you guys from a late night rant. I would appreciate it if you would put on that cape and head on up here to help me unpack. The world can wait another couple of days!

Tracy....It has been soooooo hot lately...I am impressed that you actually went out side to run...I think I would get sick! Have fun with your yoga today..and starting a recovery week for ub is probably a good idea....It will probably take me about a month to really be into the house good....I am a little anal when it comes to washing things as they come out of the boxes....every piece pretty much goes in the dishwasher or laundry...or gets scrubbed down with Lysol wipes. If you saw the guys that handle all of my stuff you would understand why. And I also have lots and lots of stuff...I have about 300 boxes to unpack.

Okay ladies...gotta head to pick up the pooch from the kennel...She is going to be crazy!!! And I dug out my scale...i couldn't stand it...and I maintained my weight...I see that as a major accomplishment!! I still have a couple of hanger on pounds that I would like to see move on out, but I am sure that my next rotation will take care of that...LOL!!!!

later gators!
Debra

Good morning:)

TraciX: I know, I’m sick with it. I told my sis that I didn’t want to eat out on Sat, cuz Sun we were eating out. But, her patient Daniel loves me, he’s 13 he insisted I go eat with them, after asking me a zillion times with that beautiful smile, I couldn't say no:) I do have a plan of attack tho, NO sweets and NO meats. Today I’m eating baked bean, refried bean, egg plant , tomatoes and so on….I even cooked salmon this morning, but decided NOPE, so I left that home. Any who, pants are tight todayx( x(

Yesterday, after I finished Strike Zone I love this workout, I went for an hour 20 minute walk:D When I got home I was pooped. Strange tho, after my bath and preparing for today, I could not sleep, I was in bed by 9:30 didn’t fall asleep untill 11:30 or so. I woke up ten times, I’m guessing it was the Endorphin that had me so pumped, what else? menopause? EEKx( x( :+

This morning, I did LIC, man oh man, I was sweating like a pig my w/o top, shorts everything was drenched. I tell ya, that is Nooooooooooooooooo sissy workout. Tonight’s workout either Legs & Glutes or Butts & Guts and Abs

Tonight is BET awards I can’t wait, I really been looking forward to seeing it, all my home girls:);) I'm rushing home after work, doing my workout, take bath and its on. NO popcorn tho:p

Yesterday, my boss brought me a Health o meter digital scale 50% off, he said he was thinking of me, its pretty sharp, program up to 4 people. I stepped on this morning and died yep! I died, couldn’t believe that sh%%, just from 2 days of eating. I'll check back later.

Morning Xers,

Doubles: Ph3/Wk12/Day2/Rnd2
Workout: One of Barry's Cardio and Volleyball

After work tonight I have to get my hair colored. Have to make sure that grey hair is back under control. :D So I only have time for a quick cardio. Don't know which one to choose. Maybe the one Barry does himself. I think that one is the toughest. :) Then it is off to volleyball.

Traci, Don't worry about yesterday. I felt the same way. And like you said today is another day. Can I still consider this an X round even though I subbed workouts? :D Only workouts I didn't sub where the weights and Core Syn. Have you ever found a workout that compaires to CS? I want to continue to do recovery weeks, but I know I want to try something besides CS. And I think you look fantastic in your cape!

Tracy, Yep I ordered the workouts yesterday also. These and the boxing series are the ones I have been looking forward too. It sounds like the premixes on these workouts will be an additional bonus. :) Ok you are braver than I to attempt this heat and a run. I'm a wimp and would have been on my TM with the humidity we had yesterday.

Debra, Welcome back! Sounds like you will be busy unpacking. Now that doesn't sound all that fun. :) I think Traci has made a perfect description of everything that has happened since your last chat with us. :7 :7 :7

Nicole, Oh yes, take it easy. No doubling up, you can extend the X a little. I know I did. :) This was like P115X or something. :) I was looking at some of my sheets yesterday. I looked at the Chest & Back and noticed that I can do a lot more (deeper) push-ups than I started out with. And they are all on my toes. I started out hating the wide push-ups, and now they are the easiest ones for me. And I can hold a plank until the cows come home! Love it. :)

Teddygirl, I agree with Traci, glad you liked Strike Zone. I like that one also. Makes you concentrate on your punches and kicking with the drills that she has.

Have a great day,

Laurie

Hellllooo! I finished PlyoX this AM. I felt it bad in my quads and calves. It's got to be because of the bike riding in addition to week 11. Yahoo!

Am officially sick of ARX. Never thought I'd say it. But.... when I touched my abs and looked in the mirror this AM the upper's are strong and defined.:7

Weather is turning humid and hazy and hot today. DD and I will be riding the 15 mi. trail ride at noon. As long as I pack a snack we should be good.

Tomorrow will be Legs and Back then we are off to the amusement park for a day of twirling and whirling and eating of course!:9

Sounds like all you lovely X'ers are hanging in there. Way to go high ^^^^^'s to all!

Later-

Laurie: Nice workout planned for today, volleyball, omg its been years since I played, I was pretty good at it. I’m loving Strike Zone especially the leg work, am crazy enough to do tomorrow( x( but I plan to hop on my TM. I noticed a few gray strains on my right side, what's a girl to do, I'm 50 will be 51 September, its time, right? OMG then the bags and the sags………

Good Morning Ladies,

Long day again yesterday. I got Kenpo over, but didn't get to CST/ARX. Will do it today. Instead, we went to check out mountain bike from craigslist, and run a lot more errands.

The Trek 220 mountain bike was in great shape. The owner used to work at Bikeline. DD was so excited, she jumped on the moment he pulled it out on the driveway. The seat was too high and she couldn't get her balance. She headed straight into the side of my car and left a quarter sized dent in it. She's fine. She did better once the seat was lowered all the way. DD can't wait to finally pedal up the big hills when she goes riding with me. I think we'll travel up to State College again this weekend just to ride bikes! :)

I am officially SICK and TIRED of the X. Well, I don't feel much love for it today. I don't think Phase 3 is working magic on my body like the other phases. I feel bloated, huge, tired and sore all the time. My stomach looks like I'm in my latter part of the first trimester with twins!!!! Maybe I just need that recovery week. I KNOW my eating is terrible!!! This cold is wearing me down. It's hanging on for dear life! I'm feeling better than I did last week, but I'm not back to normal. (SHUSH! as close to normal for me!)}( I'm going to make an appointment with the doctor if it doesn't get better by Thursday.

The X or the dress I was wearing yesterday is doing something??? Before music lessons, a 20 something stranger at the local corner store was checking me out and says to me, "You must be married." It kinda threw me that someone could be so bold, and I tell him with a smile "Yes I am, and I have SIX kids." To which he didn't bat an eye but says, "You look beautiful for having six kids." All I could do was rush away while telling him thanks.

Well, it made me feel like I was Teddygirl:7 and that I was a little less bloated with huge cankles.:7 :7 I wouldn't be surprised if my Day 90 or Day WHATEVER:p actually looks worse than my Day 1.

Okay enough blabbering here. I've gotta open another window for personals.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!!

Wendy

Tracy-X: I'm with you. Recovery week can't come soon enough! I also sweat a ton without even running! Ha-Ha! Cheryl will be able to confirm this come RT time. ;-) That's not saying that you didn't run like the wind!

Traci-X: I think it's time for you to build yourself an ark!!! 40 days of rain. That's downright depressing. Hope the weatherman is wrong! I didn't see much negativity on the Ask Cathe forum, I did see some over on OD. Sometimes, I have to shake my head. Okay! What! No more cycle days posted? How am I going to keep track of mine now??? Three hours workout??? Oh, the time I'd have if I didn't have children, a ghetto kitchen, and a bedroom waiting for plaster removal. sigh. I want to be you in my next life or at least have your legs!!!! :7 LOL on your Debra update. I haven't even mentally or physically prepared myself for the RT. I'm just going to jump into it like I do most everything else in my life. You just stop teasing me about my Day?? of the X. Even if I'm dragging my feet, kicking and screaming...At least, I'm DOING IT!:p }( :7 ;) Tony can come to my house and take issue with my implementation of his X anytime he wants. While he's scolding me, I'll be admiring his arms and wondering if he can help Phil with the countertops. LOL

Jeanette-X: Where are you???? How was the wedding??? Most importantly, did you find a DDcoffee?????? Are you busy with tiling, biking, gardening, unpacking, work, camping, laundry, smothering Tillie with kisses?????? I miss you!!!!

DEBRA-X: GIRL! I MISSED YOU!!!! :* :* :* So glad to see you back online! :) Can't wait to see your pictures!!!!! ABOUT TIME!!!! Then maybe, I'll feel at ease with you hosting the first Xers get together since Jeanette's too busy to host one. That's okay, we'll make her and her family bbq for us!:7

Amy: LOLOLOLOL It took you that long to be sick of ARX???? LOLOLOLOL You have a mighty high threshold for 15 minutes of he!! !!!!! I'm more than sick of ARX. I HATE it. Always have! Unlike Tony, I feel no love/hate relationship for it. I simply HATE it!!! }(

Teddygirl: Nooooo! Say it ain't so. Menopause sleepless nights! YUCK! Think endorphins! Yes, its gotta be. Stop looking at the scales! The bf% on them are not gospel! And, you are trying to gain muscle. So, I demand that you not step on his scale ever again!!!! Get yourself some calipers instead. Now, go to your room and don't come out until I say so! }( :7 ;-)

Laurie soon to be XX: It's encouraging to hear that you did P115X and still made progress. I have to pull out my sheets and look over everything. I was thinking of waiting to analyze it post-X. Maybe, it's what I need to do to feel motivated to finish it before Tony shows up at my door! LOL Enjoy washing the gray away! Got mine done last week. LOVE IT! Is tonight a game night or practice? Either way, kick butt!!!!!!!

Nicole-X: I still have to take a look at your picturetrail. Sorry, you're sick. I didn't give it to you, did I? ;-) I'm not going to double up to catch up. Too tired. I may not take a rest day though. I seem to take those whenever I feel like it. :7

Sandra-X: Where are you??? Hope you're having a good day!
Amy: How's your day today? Gardening, swimming, biking, lifting?

Well, I've gotta get some laundry done and push play. Hi to everyone I might have missed!

Ballistic Hugs To ALL!!!
Wendy

Cheryl,

I forgot to tell you thanks. Cutting out the cool down time and warm up time does make it sound doable. I may give it a try post-X. Yes, didn't you see my long time ago post when I realized you were going on the RT too? I went on and on about how I hope you liked me and that I wouldn't be as talkative in person because I'll be too busy trying to breath during Cathe's workouts. LOL My gf, Jen aka Fitness Mom, is going too. I won't step near her. She'll embarass me with her well maintained self. I plan on setting up way in the back of the room. :7

Have a great day!
Wendy

Hi, everyone!!

What a wonderful day.

Traci, I can't believe your workout yesterday. WOW. Must have taken you about 3 hours!! (Bowing...)

Amy, welcome back to the days of daylight -

Amy Swifty, you're sick of ARX? Here's a confession - I sold my P90X this week on eBay (for more than I paid - wanted the money for clothes and the new Cathe's instead) but I had DH make me a "sneak" copy of ARX before I shipped the originals off. ARX was the one thing I kind of liked, heh heh

Wendy, good luck with your workout today. Love the compliment from the guy at the store. That's awesome! Who cares that he was a stranger? }( ;-)

Teddygirl, well, at least your weekend results showed up fast so you can fix them. Better days are coming, girl! You know what to do, and we know you can do it.

Hello to Jeanette, Nicole, and Sandra -

Great workout today. 45 min run - bonking from low carbs yesterday (oops) but then had a bagel for breakfast and cranked out PUB like nobody's business. Woo hoo! Here's to a great day!

Cheryl :7

Hi!

This morning I did Cardio & Weights, and tacked on 4 rounds of push/pull up circuits. This is the last week of the Feb '07 rotation, and Cathe seems to be giving me a bit of a recovery period, before bringing it home strong on the weekend. Nice.

Last night I did the moving parts of Shiva Rea's Shakti Lunar Flow. There's a lot of meditation and breathing sessions in that one; skipped them for the sake of time. On the weekend I did one of her chanting sessions from the Fluid Power dvd, and found it surprisingly soothing. Shiva has a beautiful singing voice, if you've ever wondered.

A few minutes to play catch up!

TracyX - Ahhhh, thank you for your question of concern yesterday. I agree that during periods of depression I tend to clam up and dwell inside, but that's not what's happening these days. I'm really just busy, busy, busy. I've had an idea bubbling on the backburner for quite some time and have finally decided to act on it. My friend has a cake-decorating book that she brought from England, that teaches you how to make children's fondant cakes. These cakes are amazing. I love to bake, and making these cakes is really like play-doh for adults. They're time-consuming to make. I've been experimenting with them a bit. For Father's Day I made DH a crown, and last weekend I brought a cake to my friend's house: a tent with 3 boys and a dog poking their heads out. I'm currently in the process of making a cake of the sun wearing sun glasses. I'm bringing it to DD's classroom tomorrow to celebrate the start of summer holidays. I'm enjoying myself thoroughly with this. The idea is that I would like to become skilled enough at working with fondant icing that I can sell these cakes. No one sells anything like them around here. You can see my first two efforts on my PictureTrail. I'm just playing around right now, and need lots more practice before I start to consider charging money. To this end, I've signed up for a cake-decorating course that starts in July. I'm looking forward to this! Oh, and I was also asked to take on a small research project for about 70 hours in July. So, I'll be doing that when DH takes his 2 weeks of holidays. There's lots of good things happening right now. It's all good.

TraciX - I understand why you want to get away from the negativity, but am mystified about which thread upset you so much. I don't see any hostility (yet). There's lots of questions, but that's seems all so far. I want to preorder (of course!!), but I'm starting to get concerned that CKSales won't be participating in this preorder. Usually they start their preorders the same day as Cathe, and so far there's nothing on their webpage, and they haven't answered my email. This is very unusual for them. Ah well, I'll get the series eventually. You worked out for 3 hours yesterday?!? Ooooh my! I'm crossing my fingers for your bike ride. I'm sure if I read on, I'll find out how it went....[off to do more reading]

DebraX - Great to see you back!!! I have to go back and read your vacation post in more detail. The nude scene was tough, because I had to keep comforting Angelina in between takes. She didn't take it well she needed a body double. 300 boxes!! Good luck with that.

LaurieX - You're closing in on the XX!!! Go Laurie Go!!!

Wendy - Omgoodness, that stranger had some nerve!!! I've seen your photos, and even if you're temporarily bloated from water weight, you still look amazing. The problem is most likely your cold, and not the X, Phase 3. The X is really hard, especially if you're feeling run down. Why don't you give yourself a day or two to relax, clean up your eating a bit, then dive back in?

Hello to everyone else!!!

Well, I've got to go. Another full day. Summer clothing sales have started, so I need to go stock up the kids for next year. Then in the afternoon I have to finish decorating the cake. I'll add it's picture to the others when I'm finished.

Cheers,
SandraX

Did you hear me gasp out loud????????????????

I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SOLD THE X!!!!!!!!!!!

Deep breath!

You all know how much I rather shop than workout. And, you know how much I spend on workout clothes. But STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you sold Tony!!!! Maybe Dreya!!!!:7 }( :p }( :7 ;) But TONY????

I HOPE you bought yourself some killer clothes! Lululemon, Nike cardio, Be Present, etc....

Well, I can't be too harsh with you. I returned a pair of board shorts to PacSun for $ towards another bike or the presale dvds. I haven't decided which yet. Waiting to hear from Jeanette first. I wasn't in love with the shorts though. Oh! Eldest DD asks me, "Isn't this a store for teenagers?" when I returned the shorts. LOL So, I guess it was a good thing I took them back. Nothing sadder than a almost 40 year old acting like 20 year old. :7 Returning them is still a step in the right direction for me... a step towards being fit instead of dressing like someone who wants to be fit. LOL

But! Still! You sold Tony??????

sigh

Wendy

Sandrax: Cardio & Weights, Nice work. My next circuit workout is going to be Circuit Max I’ve wanted to do this workout for years lol. I watched it the other day and was like, huh. Cathe looks like a teenager in it and her form is on point, as always. I know, its an oldie but seems like a goodie, really its’ a killer workout.

WendyX: I can understand you being sick and tired of the X. However, I do agree with Sandra, I seen your pictures, woman you look fabulous, even better now, I’m sure. You have six children? For some reason I thought only two. Do you have Barry’s BC? I’m thinking of trying it soon, only had it for months. But, just looking at it, doesn’t seen like a killer workout, more like for beginners. I know…I need to push play and try it hm…maybe while I’m on vacation.

Jump Snap
Has anyone seen the infomercial? I think its’ a darn good workout. I believe jumping rope and swimming are the best’s workouts you can do to lose weight. I was pretty impressed with it. www.jumpsnap.com. Just me .02cents. Back to work boss is lurking....

Good morning!!! (well, it's 'morning' for me.....)

Today is a lower body workout. I try to do that first in the week so that I'm fresh after my rest day on Monday. Today is also a pain management appt for DH all the way diagonally across town (about the farthest point away from our house you can get and still be in town....ARGH).

DH is still trying with his new issue...he's going to have to make changes to his diet/lifestyle if he wants to continue to see! That's what is the first to go when his blood sugar is high is his vision! He also thinks that's what caused his car accident last February because he could hear everything the paramedics were saying, but couldn't see anything.

Traci- I am super sorry that you were getting negative vibes from the board yesterday. I guess I wasn't seeing them through the fatigue-induced haze.....I am also sorry about DH's allergies. Yes, that's the hugest problem we had here after Hurricane Ivan was super hot temps, and mold. No gardening today, I think that will be on tomorrow's agenda. I ordered some new daylilies for my yard and of course the showed up last Friday in the mail...when I couldn't immediately run out and put them in the ground!

I'm still a bit mystified by the scale, though. I am the same size as I have been in a long time, my tummy is flatter (no more pooch), but the scale is about 15 lb heavier than it has been! I have lost inches, so I am hoping that it's all lean body mass (aka, muscle)! We'll just have to wait and see.

Debra- It's so good to see you again! I was wondering how the move was going....sounds like a typical move in my book! Keep up the good work and see us when you can.

Everyone else, hugs and kissies!!!

Hi all,

Looks like everyone is back:)

Sandra – The cake decorating sounds wonderful. I can’t access the pictures from work, but I’ll check them out at home. I tried to find something like that that I could do as a SAHM, but ended up going out to work. It works for me though. I would love to get asked to help with a research project, even if it was for no money. It’s hard to get around here though. I think that the professors have all they can do to keep interns etc. busy. What’s the status of the dissertation? I was thinking of doing the upper of C&W today with added push/pull ups. I still might. Or I might combine that with the upper split from HST. That’s a good combo. I did the prep and 1008 on the Fluid Power. That sure requires a lot of core strength. The backbend flow just after that sequence is good too. I think that I might ignore backbend flows because that is a weakness, but I’ve decided to add them in more frequently. I really need to increase the flexibility in my quad and hip flexor.

Amy – The scale is up and the tummy is down and the clothes fit good? Way to go!!!!! Sounds like the diet is working. Sorry about DH and the pain and diabetes. Does he manage the diabetes diligently? I would assume with your background that he does. It’s such a silent sort of condition.

Wendy – Glad to hear that the bike for DD was a winner. I had my younger DS go on a long bike ride once with a single speed bike and it is a wonder he ever got on a bike again. Sorry you are sick of the X. Probably not feeling well has something to do with it. I have moments when I feel fat too. I have to mentally argue with myself that I couldn’t possibly look that different. I said to DH yesterday that I felt fat and he looked at me like I was nuts. I’ll probably never totally overcome the poor body image thing.

Nicole – I feel your pain about the DMV. I’ve been 4 times to tag one particular truck that we bought and still don’t have tags. Every time I go I spend and hour and a half to find out that I’m missing something else. I hope that you are feeling better.

Cheryl – You sold the X? I plan on doing another rotation this winter. So a 45 minute run and then PUB? I love that workout. It is another one that gets so much done in a short time. I need some new shorts desperately. I threw out a bunch of old stuff at the end of last year and still haven’t replaced it. I hate to shop.

Laurie – I need to get my hair colored now too. I have one gray strip in the front. I’m trying to hold out until the end of summer. I thought the premixes on the new dvds looked really comprehensive. No matter what, I always go back to Cathe’s workouts. Her sequencing of exercises, and the construction of the workouts is excellent.

Teddygirl – I’ve had two bad nights of sleep too. I even stayed up later last night hoping that it would help but it didn’t. I’ve got but never done in their entirety, Strike Zone or LIC. Maybe I’ll have to pull them out. I’m going to do a few circuits for my recovery week.

Traci – My boobs have shrunk too. I need to go get some new bras. There is a definite empty space in them. I’m hoping that means that the body fat has gone down. The dr said that mine look extra dense because of the low body fat. You should pull out L&G extreme. My lower rear was definitely feeling it on my run yesterday. That is my worst trouble spot. Probably because I hate static lunges and floor work, but I’m doing it now.

Swifty – Sick of ARX? I can’t imagine why; 3x per week for what seems like forever. Even as effective as I know it is, I couldn’t do it now if someone paid me. It’s utter burnout.

Debra – Good luck with opening and cleaning the contents of 300 boxes. When we moved years ago, I go so sick of unpacking that I just didn’t unpack some boxes. Then several years later I just threw them out. I figured that I hadn’t needed the stuff so why keep it.

Well, back to work.

Cheryl-Boo hoo! Shame on you- (kidding) Sold Tony, perhaps you could have really gone the whole nine yards and sent it back during the 90 day trial and received all you $ back! I considered it for a fleeting moment during Core Synergistics the first time. Arghhh! I too will be at the RT. Can't wait to meet you. Your picture trail resembles my BIL's girlfriend alot!

Sandra-I too love to bake and wish you the best with the children's cake decorating. Very creative and unique. Go girl! I love to bake, unfortunately I would end up eating the cake before it ever got to the owner.;)

Traci-Boobs shrunk too? Where have mine gone? I used to love:) mine. now they have nearly disappeared. Hubby and I have discussed implants briefly. :+ Won't be for a long while though. We have a mortgage.

Tracy-meet you at the mall for a bra fitting. I have never had one, have you? Love your post ^^^. How do you do address everyone? Do you print out the previous posts and compile your response? My memory is the smallest thing in my body (next to my boobs).:7

So long, the skillet lasagna calls....

DD and I did 15 miles on the trail with heat and humidity this afternoon. I had to come home and take a quick nap to regenerate.

She is 5 going on 6 yr old and she is doing super! She biked 5 mile up hill with little whining on her own.

I attach her bike to mine with the "Trail gator" and pull her the remaining mileage back to the van. We had a great ride. I rewarded her with an ice cream cone when we arrived back home.

Doubles done for another day.:7
