Xers ................TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cathlete
Hi all,

It is TGIF for me anyway!

Today is a run and yoga. Yesterday was such a long day with major issue at work and then class afterwards. I was brain dead by the time I got home. That and ttom hormones are not a good combination. Hopefully today will be better.

No fatigue or DOMS from Amy's slo-mo legs, but I enjoyed the new exercises for a change. I probably should have gone a little lighter on a few and deeper. I think it will better the next time around, and I'll do that next time. I must admit that I did like the music which was very non descript instrumental. No it's not as polished as Cathe, but I give her a lot of credit for doing what she's doing. I'll report on the upper this weekend. I think I'm going to rotate Cathe and Amy for a month....I think....

Wishing everyone a great day.

Tracy

Happy Good Morning Xers.... Cathe says today is KB 4DS & Legs so thats what I'm doin' - Will also tack on the Winsor Buns & Thighs again.

Wendell & his mom leaving for Deer Lease at noon today- its opening weekend- Kids & I shall remain here and I can get some extra "me time" in.

Right to personals this morning....

Well TGIF to you to Ms TRACY!! I do hope your hormones balance out quickly- Pass more flax please;) Sorry yesterday was one of those days but I guess they make us appreciate the good ones. Thanks for tip on SloMo Legs! I think I'm now the last person to receive! Do you think I can do them as "add -ons" to 4DS Weights?(since I'm not lifting Herculean Wts in 4DS?) Hope this weekend is filled with all good!!:*

Thanks so much for the BBC Wt Log TEDDYGIRL! I owe ya!! :* I must admit I have been very lazy about logging since my injury and now I'm just plum out of practice! What are you and Ted doing this fine weekend??

Another 4DS KB fan eh DEBRA? I LOVE:D LOVE :D LOVE it and Cathe tells me I HAVE to do it today!:7 Sweetest of dreams last night I hope! For weeks I have been having very vivid ones... I look forward to them now.

Crazy world when workouts are are getting started at 11PM MS WENDY! I totally understand about the "Do What I Feel Like" rotation being total garbage! :D Some of us will NEVER feel like doing what we NEED! I think those that actually do make the good choices are rare birds! (*ahem-Tracy!*) ~ VERY interesting about DS lovin' BC! That speaks volumes for what young'uns need maybe? Yet ANOTHER reason I'd be a total failure as a parent- I dont believe in yelling & barking & intimidation- Except from my Tony;-) LOl on the HO Costumes... are you SURE they were costumes? At my malls that sounds like the norm!~ Well now- when does my order for drugs need to be in? Can ya bring them back to states or do you have to be high only while in Thailand?}( Need that Postman story today please!

Very nice workout yesterday Ms NICOLE! I think you made alot of us want to go blow the dust off C&W!;-) - I have a friend that sounds like yours..we actually only get together about every 6 weeks in person as its EXHAUSTING to both of us...We go like energizer bunnies for 3-4 hours and are usually brought back to reality by a call from one of our DH's! I ADORE her! Women NEED those type of friends I think. ~ Hows your "detox" going? seeing some of the false weight(bulge) going away?

Hugs & Waves to all the Xers!!! Chat later....

:* ;-)

Good morning all! Waiting for the diva to finish her 20 minute morning routine in the bathroom. I do have to report a critter sighting, though. I took the dog out for her morning constitutional and I saw a whole flock of bats! Yes, bats! It's not quite light here and I guess there were finishing up their last meal of the night...and they flew away when I got outside. There must have been 20 of them. I really must live in the country.

My tummy is a little upset this morning...who knows why. I am planning on HIS, but may downgrade to yoga if I am not feeling by workout time. Although, I still have on my jammies, so don't know when that will be. We are going to a holiday show with lots of Xmas goodies and gifts this afternoon, so I must get my workout in this morning.

....Tracy...For some reason I thought you were off work yesterday! How did I get so confused? Anyway, glad you enjoyed SloMo...I am going to break that out when I get bored with Cathe's rotation this month.

I will be back for more personals after getting DD to school. I think I have caught up with everyone but Traci and Wendy, though...check yesterday's thread. Hope all is well with everyone this bat filled morning!

Today's a new day, so I'll be starting the rotation with HIS. The good news about Thursdays, too, is that with the time change, there won't be soccer practice anymore! YAY! BBL for personals.

Morning:D

TGIF living for the weekend, sadx(

Tracie: you owe me nothing, I owe you EVERYTHING:) I sent you an email. Right now I'm not talking to him we had our first bang bang shout em up last night, making up tonight:D :7 This weekend he mention getting his son as for me I'm going to hang out with my family and visit a friend been locked up too long, needing a Teddy break.

Tracey: No DOMS from SloMo:-( did you match her with the weighs? hm……I’m going to do either tomorrow or Sunday, I be moving on to lots of circuit workouts, this will be a good change for me.

Yesterday, when I got home immediately popped in Kick It to preview, mixed emotion about it, I only watched the first half and than 10 minutes of the step interval segment then decided I wanted to preview Terminator oh boy......oh boy........

Yep! I did Gauntlet oh my.....oh my...... well I loved it x 2 absolutely loved it. I am pooped this morning, I’m going to give circuit workout a chances never did them except for LIC and Scrambled Eggs. SE could possibly be on me agenda tomorrow, STAY TUNE:p I went really light with weigh work, cuz I’m either going to do B&G tomorrow or Scrambled Eggs , okay time to see what’s popping here at work, bbl.

Hi there. I thought that we would finally be back to normal around here after Halloween, but now I have my youngest DS sick and my DH sick. It's been a mess around here. The writers went on strike, which isn't good for a lot of people around here including my DH. I hope that it doesn't last too long.

But on the happier side, I got to do about 30 minutes of yoga before my youngest DS wanted me to sit with him. I also ordered three yoga dvds which will hopefully come next week. I think that I am going to stick on the yoga route for a little while. It is a nice change of pace.

I hope that all of you have a wonderful day and a great weekend if I can't check in.

Lea

Round2/Phase3/Week11/Day1/Chest & Back ARX

Good morning gaggle of lady xers! TGIF!

Popping my head in to say "hey."

FIL from WA has been visiting with us since Wed night. DH & I were awake all night talking him on the cell phone, while FIL drove in the dark trying to find our house from the airport.:-( We live in the boondocks:p He leaves this afternoon to OH to visit with his mom. We are all rejoining for a 50th anniversary partay (surprise) way up north tomorrow. BIL & DH are scheming a bike ride on Sun. Don't think I'm invited.;(

Back to work now...... have to go back read up on what's been going on. All for now:7

Morning and TGIF Xers, :D

Rotation: LGI8 Week7/Day2
Workout: CTX Chest, Back, LL Abs / KenpoX

Yesterday as I was doing my errands I decided to go to Half Price Books. They are across the street from PetSmart. So I go and look at the DVD's for exercise. Here is a saying that my oldest DD has been saying over and over "SCORE" :D I found a Cathe DVD for $6.98, and it is Basic Step/Cardio Fusion. This will be a perfect workout for my sister, so I was really happy I found it. Then I found a workout that I have on my wish list, which was Kristen McGee's Power Yoga. I also found the beginner DVD of Ropesport, which was only $3 so I thought why not. I like jumprope, so we will see how this one is.

Tracy, It is a TGIF day for me also. I have been feeling that way all week. After your day yesterday, it is good that you are happy it is Friday. I'm looking forward to a nice sunny weekend. ;-)

Traci, So you will have a "me time" weekend. That is something that I would like. :) Ok Sandra called me crazy for suggesting 4DS KB and KM Leg Drills. 4DS & Kenpo2 or 4DS & Kenpo1 even. Oh wait, I have KenpoX on my rotation for tonight. IDEA!!!! I have enough time tonight to attempt it. Will let you know if I was a crazy woman. 4DS would be a great start to KenpoX don't ya think. :7

Debra, I have Eion on my wish list too. I don't think that I'm going to find that one at Half Price though. :) Love the new meez. I agree with your rant on the sizing. I actually got my butt in a size 6 jeans. Never have I been in that size before. But of course I have the monkey arms.:D I hate having my sleeves up above my wrists. :D

Carol, Great rotation you came up with, looks like it will be a fun one.

TG, You are not the only one living for the weekend. :D Glad you like Gauntlet. All the workouts on that DVD are really tough workouts. I think you will do fine with putting in other workouts besides Cathe. Change does a body good.

Tess, So how did your first day with out beloved Tony go? :D :D Either people like his sense of humor or are turned off to it.

Sandra, We had our trick-or-treat on Saturday, and neither DH or I had to take our DD's out at all. I felt our oldest was mature enough to take her younger sister. We know most of the people in the neighborhood, and of course she knows even more people because of school. Yep Brad Pitt was in Se7en also. Ok so I'm 5'8 and I have only gotten down to 140 lbs in my lifetime. And when I was that thin people thought I was sick. So the lowest I go is 145-150.

Amy, We still have candy that is not in the DD's buckets. I think I will do the same as you and bring it into work. My boss loves candy.

Nicole, I think that I will also try some of the premixes with the rotation. I want to see what the Back & Bicep / Chest, Shoulder & Tricep / and Lower Body Premixes are like. They all are only between 24-30 mins in length. I noticed that the Total body was like 97 min. That is one long strength workout.

Wendy, I still haven't had the gutts to try the HIS workout. I'm afraid. ;( Big time KLUTZ here! I have never done the whole workout of Step Blast either. I have done the premixes. :) Yes you can call me a whimp. Maybe I shouldn't give my sister the Basic Step. It probably is just right for me. :7 :7

Lea, I had heard that the writers where going to go on strike. Sorry that it has affected your family too. x( I have sick children, and I also have a slight stuffiness to my nose. It isn't bad though. What yoga workouts did you order?

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good Morning Ladies,

I slept in a little. I woke up to the little, itty-bitty voices bickering over couch space. My twins have very soft voices, so most people think they never argue. I'm so used to their voices. I can hear everything! I even have eyes in the back of my head!!!:+

Everyone! I posted thrice last night! Pretty much tried to catch up with your lives.

Amy-X: Spinning for workouts: Grab all your workout dvds, and put them in a large circle. Place a chair that can spin 360 degrees in the middle. Close your eyes. Spin Fast. Which ever workout you land in front of is the one you do. :7

Traci: The Postman. Well, he's fond of writing little notes to MIL. Not love notes. Yesterday she got a note from him: Vehicles must be further than 5 feet from the mailbox or your mail will not be delivered. My car is parked in front of the house; not even close to the mailbox! When MIL showed me his note, I felt compelled to set this childish man without estimation skills straight! So, I made Phil help me measure the distance from the mailbox to the car. Then I marked the distance using sidewalk chalk!:p Of course I made the 5' mark HUGE. Here, I was 12' away from the mailbox. Anyhow, Phil joked all night with me about it. He asked me who was being childish? And, who was acting like a kindergardener. LOL

Okay, ladies, off I go to do some homeschool.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!
Wendy

Lea*******Don't get to close the bad bugs a floatin' in the house. We don't want you coming down with it. Keep the kleenex and remedies close so all can get well real soon!:) What does DH do for aliving? The writers strike has been all over our news way out East. Enjoy your yoga today.

TG********Holy cr&*^)p! Terminator x2. You go girl! Have fun makin' up to SO}(

Tracy*********Get all those girlie hormones straightened out with a run & yoga. That will certainly make it all better!

Traci*********You are going full force with this Nov. rotation. I knew you would. Give it all you got}( }( Just be nice to the shoulder! The weekend plans sounds sooooo good.:)

Wendy********* I can't wait to go find out what substances you and Traci are whispering of.;-) Departure is getting closer.

I'm super:) this is the last time Chest & Back for a while. I'm overly cautious on push and pull due to shoulder forearms issues. I don't want to rejuvenate. Went 25# on the lawnmower & heavy pants and 20# on the seated flies. Eeeked out 6 dive bomber on Round2. My head gets in the way of doing my best during this wo. x(

You gals are makin me want to jump in and chat all day today! So much energy around us...is it Xer or java??? :)

Side Note: No check in from Tess- OH NO- maybe she didnt love our Tony as much as we did Day 1...... HELLO TESS- YA THERE?????

Debra X
Is it this NORMAL to have bats in your belfrie? Do you have a belfry? What exactly is a belfre? How do you spell belfri? just be sure and keep Pooper-Head safe- she tends to like poo of all sorts and I think Bat Poo could be especially dangerous. So sorry about your tummy- do you think you have an ulcer? Maybe its from pain meds for back (if ya took any) whatever it is I hope the new masseuse can rub it away...Did you request a HOT HUNK?~ BTW- been meaning to ask- does "our friend" know about your best gal pals The Xers? Does he think you are naturally fit beautiful tone & seductive or have you give us the credit we deserve for crackin' the proverbial whip?!:+

Carol
GREAT ROTATION!!! I shall probably be using the premix segments as I get bored- like NEXT WEEK!:+

Laurie XX

I LOVE half price books but dont like fighting traffic to get there...hmmmmm maybe you have inspired me- NO WAIT- I am on a Financial Fast until after Xmas- *cusses under breath*x( OMG- Go L Go!!!! Do Suicide Kickboxing for me & see what ya think!!! I cant wait- shoot since I have KB 4DS today maybe I'll join you...Kenpo first for me I think or I may wimp out...YEP- Its a CHALLENGE ! *shakes hand* we are gonna be hurtin' tomorrow!
On HIS- you and I are same level of stepper ;-) so here's how I did it. First try- no risers - did a lot of my own thing to keep moving but watched...yesterday was only my 2nd time - I used 1 riser and actually got 80% of it down... When I didnt get a move I just did extra blasts... that was actually really fun.

TeddyGirl
Emailed ya back:* Who does Kick It? :+ Thanks for clarifing Terminatorx2 - My mouth was dropping and I was about to warn you against over kill to heart- THANK GOD!

Lea X
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :-( :-( :-( No more sickies for you guys! You've had your share in the house lately. You poor thing! Extra big huggers to all of you!!! What does DH do that the writers strike affects him? I am so sorry!!!! That kind of stuff makes me lose my balance very easily---- I shall chant for you later tonight!
:* :* :*

Amy X
Well girl you just MUSCLE yourself an invitation to bike! I think with those guns you could get pretty much whatever you want!!! ~ Lets talk lifting... I am floored by your ability to do 20#s on seated rearflys.... I can do all the heavy weighst lawnmowers etc... but rear FLYS? - How did you build up to that weight? Did you have a strategy or did it "just occir" naturally? SERIOUSLY- thats EXACTLY what I need to build up to avoid further injuries...direction please! :* ~~~~ BTW: When is your rescheduled GYN appt?

Wendy X
:+ ROF on postman/chalk/childish behavior... What can I say except please let Phil know you did EXACTLY what I would have done! Thats my girl!!:+

OK GALS- Looking forward to more chatting AFTER I run the rest of my Friday errands.... XXOO

Tracy - Thank you for the info on Amy. I might just have to check it out. Good luck today.

Traci - I hope that you have great me time this weekend. You deserve it. You snuck in while I was writing. I know, I could gripe about the strike right now, but I won't(but I am sure you received the message). It affects a lot of people. Thanks for your care.

Debra - Yikes on the bats. I remember driving home one day through the mountains and a bat was blinded by my car lights and I totally hit it and smooshed it on my the hood of my car. EWWWW!!! I am sorry that your stomach is upset. I hope that you feel better.

Carol - I like your rotation. Congrats on the no more soccer practice.

Laurie - SCORE!!! Way to go girl. Take care of yourself around. I am going to go pick up some Airborne today. Hopefully that will help. I ordered Shiva Rea Fluid Power, Bryan Kest Power Yoga Complete Collection and Eionn Power Yoga for Happiness. I can't wait to get them.

Teddygirl - Way to go on Gauntlet. No wonder you are tired. Have a good day at work.

Swifty - No bike ride for you? That is so unfair!!x( Thank you for reminding me to buy kleenex. Wouldn't you think that with all of the runny noses around here I would remember:+ ? My DH works for an entertainment company. He works on the computers. Here is hoping that his company gets enough work in still that they don't have to let anyone go.

Wendy - Wow your MIL's mailman sounds strict. I thought our garbage men were strict out here. LOL on the posting three times last night. You are one busy gal. I haven't been reading too much of the posts. When are you going to Thailand? And for how long?

Hi to everyone else who follows. Sandra, Jeanette, Nicole. My brain is not really working this morning, so I apologize if I miss anyone.

Lea

Hey Girls,

I'm getting ready to do yoga:) It does make me feel so much better and after watching Dr. Oz on Oprah yesterday, I know how important it is.

My MIL and I are going out for lunch today and shop for some containers to organize her sewing room. We really enjoy doing stuff together.

Oh, and my DS pulled a poop trick like Sandra's DD}( I was so not in the mood and I had a bit of a breakdown. I called DH, who hadn't rang in two days, and cried and had a little pity party. All done now, it's a new day and I get to play:D

Traci-X, Enjoy your "me" time! I know I will get some once my DH gets back from his hunting trip:D

Tracy, Sorry work and class was such a bear:( I hope you will start to feel better soon. TTOM can be brutal!!!

Debra, Oh, to be able to start thinking about Christmas:) It will be here soon enough, huh? Watch out for those bats!

Teddygirl, What a workout! You need to slow down, you're making me tired;)

Wendy, That is so something I would do! LOL, I hope the mailman sees it:)

Swifty, Bummer you don't get to go on the bike ride with your BIL & DH. I'm sure it's because they don't want a girl to show them up;)

Lea, Glad to see you pop in! Sorry everyone is feeling punky and DH is on strike. Oh, unions, aren't they great!;)

Carol, Fun looking rotation! I won't be starting a new one for another week or so. Right now it's baby steps:) Are you still working out early?

Off to recenter myself!

Nicole

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

Ok so I am really bored at work today, or I just don't want to order the parts that everyone wants. :D It's Friday after all.

Traci, I have gotten myself to the point that I am going to attempt 4DS KB followed by KenpoX minus the warm up. :D *Shake Hands* I will let you know how it goes. Or should I do it the other way around. Hmmmmm.... will have to think about that one. I can't wait to get home now. :D :D :D

Lea, I have the Bryan Kest DVD, that one is a good buy. The other two you have are on my wish list. Hope to get those for Christmas. :D

Wendy, I loved the postman story. I don't think you where childish at all. Proving a point is more like it. The postman obviously isn't very good at distances. :7 :7 :7

Laurie

Good morning!

4DS Boot Camp is complete....now the whole series is complete. And the verdict is: wonderful! I really enjoyed this workout, and every workout of the group. The cardio is fun, the weight work is challenging. I plan to use the weight work for the month of November, add in one total body weight work per week, and mix up the cardio. It's nice to have another round of weight work as challenging as the Gym Styles, without the length.

My calves were stiff, stiff, stiff this morning. I know my biceps and triceps will be feeling today's weights. They got in there really good.

Tracy - Whew, rough day yesterday. I hope you have a better one today. Is Slo-mo like Slow & Heavy? I'm thinking Cathe kept the cardios only 30 mins so she could offer complete workouts in about an hour. In recent years many people seem to be jumping on the brief-cardio; heavy weight work bandwagon, with the argument being that "too much" cardio negates muscle mass building. These workouts fit the bill exactly, but I don't buy the argument. I think "too little" cardio negates maintaining a low body-fat level! If I were new to working out, I imagine I'd find these cardios to be more than enough. And I really do appreciate a series that doesn't have tuck jumps and air jacks! Unlike Cathe, I was not born to levitate.

Traci - Well, I'm impressed. Two days into a new rotation, and you're still following it!! I envy you your "me" time like you wouldn't believe. How is your business going? Have you added any clients to the original 2? Are you still working with both of those original clients? Ooooh, please share one of those vivid dreams with us! About the calendars: last month someone asked on the AC forum if/when they would be selling the new calendars. SNM replied they would go on sale in November. There's been no official announcement though.

Debra - OMGosh, what a freaky/funny little story yesterday about DD watching you while you napped. Did you eat the cracker? The trees around my parents' property house many bats. When we were kids we used to go out in the evenings and throw rocks up in the air, and watch them all come flocking out to chase them. That's good Saturday night entertainment when you live in Rural NoWhere. I agree completely with you on the ridiculous pant sizes and leg lengths. I'm 5'4", which is exactly the line between Petite lengths and Regular lengths. If I buy petite, they invariably shrink up an inch and become too short. If I buy Regular, they remain 3 inches too long. Drives me crazy. I hate clothing shopping. So, you'll be moving eventually? Maybe DH can be convinced to hold off on splitting the matrimonial property until the market improves, and you can stay there a bit longer? He would lose money too, if he tried to sell in a poor market, right? It's in his best interest to hold tight and just view it as an investment. Right??

Cheryl - Your rotation looks a lot like what I want to do this month!!! Do you mind if I play along? I have to say I've already done the first 4 days, and was planning to do the HIS/LIS Cardio Combo tomorrow. Are you suggesting one do IMAX2 PLUS the A1 and A2 premixes? Or choose one or the other? That would be 2 hours of cardio, if one did both.

Laurie - Oooooh, tell me about the jump rope workout!!!! I keep thinking I'd like to do jump roping in the winter, when I refuse to run outside. I have a good jump rope, but have never used it. I was thinking I could do it along with a cardio coach, if I could figure out variations of jumping that would accommodate his intensity and resistance changes. Thank you for being so honest about your weight/height. Generally, one can carry 5lbs more/less per inch of height. I'm 5'4", so my recommended weight would be about 115. I've NEVER been that light at my full-grown height. I never will be, and I refuse to even try. As Debra said yesterday, do these weight recommendations take into account muscle mass of those who are physically fit? I doubt it. I'd be sick if I dieted my way down to 115. How did you get away with doing the ToT thing on Saturday? Did the community pass a bylaw? If so, please tell our city council to do the same thing. I loathe Halloween landing on a weeknight. I think it should just be on the 4th Friday of October. There. Problem solved. "Be it resolved that...."

Teddygirl - Wow, you and Mr. Teddygirl sure have a volatile relationship. It makes my marriage look deadly dull. Oh well, I prefer the stability for the sake of the children. I hope you enjoy your make up night :) Gauntlet is a great workout, and Viper is just as good. I have a feeling you'll love it. Imax Extreme is really good, too, but it's all cardio. I'd let you take my hand as you make your leap into Non-CatheLand, but my feet appear to be cemented to the CatheLand ground. You're a brave woman, but I have no doubt you'll see great results with your new approach. We're here, cheering you on!

Lea - How is your DH's job connected to the writer's strike? Does he work in the biz? I hope it gets resolved soon. According to CNN, the issue is the writers obtaining royalties on dvds and digital downloads. This is an important issue, for sure. I hope an agreement is worked out that gives them what they're entitled to.

SwiftAmy - What? Not invited on the bike ride?! Invite yourself! :) It sounds like a fun weekend is planned. Enjoy it! And I'm doing the happy dance for you, finishing CB for the umpteenth and last time! You rock!

Wendy - LMAO about the 5' chalk mark! That's hilarious. I'd have done the same thing. OMG, bbq ribs and apple crisp?? I'm coming to visit!!! The only thing wireless about me is my bra. No underwire needed :( I would love to get rid of all these cords around the computer, and have the ease of using my laptop for email/internet in any room in the house. One day I'll have to figure out how to do that. I promise you I don't know what you're referring to when you say "Family Fun." And this chiding is coming from the Homeschooling Mother who actually talks to her children all day long? My toddler talks to me more on her pretend cell phone, than she does in real life. "Hello? Mom? Hello? Mom? <fake laugh> Bye bye!!"

Amy - Don't you find that wine affects your workouts the next day? I certainly do. It makes my chest feel really tight, even just a glass. I haven't touched wine in years, due to that result (and being pregnant/breastfeeding). Funny how I'll pass on the wine because I can feel the negative results so immediately, but I can't turn down enough food to lose weight, which would also make my workouts feel better. But the immediate result of turning down food is hunger, and I hate feeling hungry. I guess I just starved myself too long and too hard in years gone past. Very nice work on the squats! Legs of steel, you have!

Nicole - I've never heard of King Arthur Flour Co. I imagine they're an American company. What circuit are you doing today? Did your family ignore Halloween for religious reasons? My ExSIL grew up in very-rural West Virgina and even playing cards was considered sinful, so I'm pretty sure they never did Halloween. Once she married my brother and moved to Canada she went Hallo-Crazy!!

Tess - I'm looking forward to hearing a report about your first few days of P90X.

Jeanette - Are you gone already? I hope the facial and shopping are going well!

Okay, I can smell the toddler from 6 feet away, so I'd better get her clean. Yesterday she took some black playdo and pretended it was a lump of poo. She laid down on her change mat and tried to change her own diaper. Oh, the hi-jinks we have around here! Have a great day!

Sandra

They have great stuff and it is oh so yummy:9 My mom raised us not celebrating Halloween but we did go to fall festivals and the like. I never did the trick-or-treating thing because we lived about 30 minutes from the nearest neighborhood. With 7 kids my mom did not want to haul all of us many places. Now that I'm grown and see the stuff that goes on around here at Halloween, I too have chosen not to get involved in the day. I am not offended by anyone celebrating it by any means, it just doesn't give me a thrill:) My boys don't care for the scary stuff either so they are totally ok with it. I do however LOVE Thanksgiving and Christmas!!:D They'll be here before we know it. And so ends my schpeel on that;)

Laurie, Hope work gets more interesting:)

Lea, Love the new avatar!

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

Sandra:7 Don't you think it could be sulfites in the wine making your chest tight? I've noticed feeling odd in various ways ie. breathing & heart beating while drinking wine. ROFL Black playdough poo:7 Not enough laughs at my house, can I come over to laught and play? You had stiff calf muscles too? Yesterday mine almost seized up while shopping with FIL. Results of L&B Mon. and Kick Max Tue. Your bi's and tri's should be ouchy tomorrow! Have fun.

Lea, your new avatar is the best. Is DS wearing the hat as a beak? Very cute whatever his intention. Personal comment- your DH is so handsome! Lucky you:7 A house full of men- I would have a very difficult time with larger male v female population in current household. Grew up with 2 older bros and a dad that was present even when he wasn't around (all the time).x( When DH & I were trying to conceive we wanted a baby girl, so we tried the "positions" experts suggest will bring a girl child. How crazy is that?

Nicole, I missed Oprah show yesterday. Shucks! x( She's had some good guests on this season so far. When DD was in diapers I recall more than one phonecall to the DH office to cry a little. Have fun shopping with MIL. What kind of sewing does she do?

Traci, would you be smart doing rear flys with your aggravated shoulder? Hmmmm, ACE book suggests doing exercises with a forward rotation. Just happened, no special exercises. I am sending you Xer vibes to keep the Nov Cathe rotation rolling (with a little jazz thrown in) How did the errand run go? Stocking up on good things just for you this weekend?

Carol, that rotation is kick bu^^. Your body will be amazing in 30 days for sure!

TG, Thanks for setting me straight on the x2. Circuit wo's take quite a lot of mental strength for me. You're up to it for sure-the wo's you have been doing surely have prepared you for circuits!

Laurie, WTG on the Cathe find for your sister, you are such a sweetie:7 Enjoy your Kristen McGee!

Wendy, :) Are you the originator of Spin for a wo? Wonder if you could market a chair designed solely for that use?

Tracy, nice explanation on the Amy wo. You could really kick it up a notch now that you're through it once. Your response to interruption are mine Exactly! this is the reason I get up at 5A to wo. No interruptions please!

Jeanette, (Renogirl) I think you should have given the 9P trick or treaters a trick instead of treat.Humpf! You're so nice. Spas, shopping. Nice! Oooo, OOO, what did you buy for yourself? Please tell. Your body responded so quickly to the restricted diet to lose the #'s so quickly. Sweet!:7 What color is your balaclava? Happy cycling.

Hello to Amy, Tess (are you coming back to check-in), Debra, Cheryl, and any one I missed!!!!

FIL is getting ready to leave us. Must go.:+

Hey Laurie XX - ITS 6:15 & I AM Kenpo/KB 4DS QUEEN!!!!!!! FUN FUN FUN! i was shocked by the amount of power I had to do 4Ds with full intensity... :*

Hi all...Finally back for a chat! I came home after taking the diva to school...and guess what?? I took a nap! Then I got up feeling much better and much perkier so I did HIS as produced...which was a lot of fun...I still don't have that third combo down...I always want to shuffle on the wrong foot which throws off the who hitch kick thingy...anyhoo...I enjoyed the weight work. I will go a bit heavier in the back work next time and then maybe do a couple of the back exercises that she doesn't repeat and do them again. Anyhoo, then I went to lunch with my "friend" who said that the jeans I had on made me look too skinny....Can you believe that?? I think I'm in love...LOL! Then off to get the diva and headed to the holiday show with my mom and got a few things for Xmas as well as some great soup. I am sure it won't be healthy, but it sure was tasty!

Tomorrow I am heading to watch Carolina play football...should be a fun day! DD is going to be at my mom's and I am heading to Chapel Hill with a friend for the day. I am planning on getting some Eoin nectar in the morning.

....Time for some quick personals.....

Tess...Hope we didn't scare you away!

Jeanette....Hope you are having a lovely time with your facial and massage!

Nicole....LOL about your poo incident! Hope your yoga felt good.

Lea...Spray those boys down with sanitizer! Your bat story gave me the creeps....I'll probably dream about those tonight instead of slugs.

Carol....Your rotation looks great! I will have to print it off.

Teddygirl....Have a great weekend....How is Ted??

Wendy...You go girl! Glad you set the postman straight. Maybe he will stop leaving your MIL notes now.

Swifty...You are rockin' on the X woman! Have fun with FIL...Sorry he had such a tough time finding your house...Do you have bats too since you live in the boonies?

Laurie...I can make half of your wish come true...The Eoin dvd has 2 discs and I broke one of mine...so I am planning on ordering the whole set again...I would be happy to send you the first dvd which has the magically hips and 2 other shorter mixes on it...Just let me know. Have fun this weekend shuttling your girls around. How is Cami??

Sandra.....Liked your bat story...They always come out here when I take the dog out at night, but it is the first time I saw them in the morning. I'll let you give DH a very logical reason why he should pay me more to keep the house a little longer...I like that idea! Also..it is obvious that your toddler has gotten your sense of humor since she is playing jokes with playdoh now.

Traci....Yes, my "friend" knows about you guys...he wonders why I spend so much time on the computer! I looked it up...and a belfry is a bell tower...Who knew?? No towers around here...Hope the bats are not in my attic! I actually like bats, but don't really want them in the house with me. Have fun this weekend while DH is off with MIL. What are they hunting again? Bambi, is it?

Gotta go....see all of you lovely ladies in the morning! i hope I caught up with everyone....Waving to Amy and Cheryl!

Debra
