I'm not sure what workout I'm doing todayMaybe just yoga.
Traci – Glad the extra food did you some good. Sometimes I wonder whether I am too diligent about what I eat because I’ve had the same feeling. Glad you enjoy it when I start the thread….
Debra – I hope DD enjoyed the gymnastics. It’s a great activity for kids. I hope you get to where you can eat. Is it the emotions or the stomach? It’s nice to loose weight, but just to a point, then I think it is counterproductive. When I did GS for 4 weeks at the end I did the exercises as a circuit just to break the monotony. I was bored, but I got great results. Doing PUB and MM should be a great combo. I find combining segments really took me to the next level. Also if you add in one light day, like a circuit at the end of the week it works wonders. Glad you got some extra sleep yesterday and I hope you were able to sleep last night. Here’s more advice from mean Tracy. I wouldn’t talk to XDH it’s time to preserve your own sanity and take care of yourself and DD. If it’s over it’s over.
Lea – Painting again? It seems like you painted a lot while we were doing the X. You can come paint at my house. I have a few rooms that the colors are just not what I wanted. Painting is on my list of to dos. I get mentally tired just thinking of how difficult it would be to eat that healthy every meal. I am so impressed.
Laurie – Nine weeks of cleaning to do? I feel like that because I never really do a thorough cleaning of everything so there is always something to do.
Nicole – I’m like Annointed, it’s been so long since I did RS. I used to love that workout. I’ll have to pull it out this winter. That’s the beauty of running and riding mostly for cardio in the summer. The step workouts seem all new again. We are supposed to have really humid weather still through the first of next week. I’m sick of it!
Amy – I made some similar eggplant lasagna the other day, but added just a few noodles. DS actually loved it and it didn’t have any meat and minimal noodles. I’m still pushing low fat because no one here is giving up carbs and I read that it is the carbs and fat combined that makes people fat. I was on a higher carb low fat diet for years and was never fat, back in my high cardio days.
Wendy – I drink pure flax oil by the almost tablespoon twice daily. It tastes bad, but I just chase it with water. I have to watch the coffee too, none after 7 and it’s so tempting when I’m tired.
Cheryl – I’m glad it is TGIF too. It has been a long week. You can always use the weekend to catch up on workouts.
Jeanette – A day off from work sounds great! I’m glad you are enjoying the golf. My DH likes to golf. If it wasn’t so expensive around here I might consider learning, but we can’t afford to golf regularly. I loved your comment about the lice and sore neck. It’s funny what things we think about isn’t it? Remember when Sandra was battling the lice? We’ve never had them here and hopefully never will. Glad DH got the job. It sounds like that will be good for you guys.
