I will not say that much:
Some moves are known, other ones are new and pretty challenging, I must admit I did only 5 of the last 8 rounds of sit-ups/push-ups (so plenty of room to grow) but I started to feel the burn in my legs/glutes and core the minute I switched my pc off and wiped away the sweat dripping from my forehead.
The music is great and kept me motivated from start to finish.
Keep a towel and water handy, it's a non-stop journey in the land of fun and hard work at the same time! Could we ask for more?

I know I have been away from the forum for long, but I still was looking forward this new series and this workout in paticular.
