X-Train or ICE

I noticed that X-Train is on sale today. As much as I love OnDemand, I only got temporarily to check out all the different workouts and I have like pretty much all of them. If you were going to choose between X-Train and ICE which one would you get? Looking for something that will work well with STS and then afterwards a rotation to change things up that is not real high impact. Which would be a better choice? My goals are fat loss and strength.

Candice, My ICD dvds have not arrived yet so I can't comment on the new series. I have pretty much everything else of Cathe's and I have to say - of all my hundreds and hundreds of dvds/workouts, I constantly reach for Xtrain. I got great definition in my upper body/arms when I did a 1 mth rotation. I just love the music. I love hardstrikes. I love all out low impact hiit. it's got burn sets, 100 rep challenges, straight sets, Cardio Leg Blast is outstanding. I could go on. I would buy it again if I had to.

Another vote for Xtrain! Don't get me wrong, I have been loving the new ICE workouts, but I also gained great definition from Xtrain. Plus, All Out Low Impact HiiT is the DVD which started my wonderful Cathe obsession so the whole set holds a special place in my heart. Next month I'm doing the ICE/Xtrain rotation, and I can't wait to revisit all of those workouts.

Another vote for X-Train here. It is hands-down my favorite series and the workouts I reach for most often. I actually have to force myself to do other workouts! If I was forced to take just one when running out of my home, that`s the one I would grab!! With that said, I also really love ICE and the two programs combined is my idea of perfection!

I am looking forward to trying ICE, but this is my third year of starting my year with the 90-day X Train rotation, so will start ICE next. I love X Train and the music is wonderful. (Once I finish the 90-day rotation, I don't allow myself to do any X Train until the following January in order to increase the anticipation!)
