Ok, I just looked at the official XT 90-Day Undulating Rotation in the XT user's guide. All the w/o's needed are the ones you will own once you buy the entire XT series (no need to worry about "other" Cathe w/o's you
don't own). The rotation will tell you what specific w/o's to do on each day, and so basically the hard work of figuring out how to arrange your w/o's is already done
.
I personally believe this program is EXCELLENT and will give you fantastic results if you stick with it
and eat well. I can't really compare Insanity to XT, because I have never done a Beach Body program in my life. What I
can tell you is that Cathe rotations are THE BOMB! I have only obtained the most positive results from her w/o's, and in the best shape of my life so far.
BTW, the only caveat I can think of is you will need heavy enough weights to challenge you. If you are not used to lifting moderate-heavy weights, this type of training might feel "out of your element". Nonetheless, don't let that stop you from buying this series and embracing all the positive aspects heavy-lifting has to offer.
