Good morning Girls. :)

I got up at 5:15 to give myself some coffee time before I have to get ready. I pretty much gathered what I need to bring last night so it'll just be a matter of making sure nothing gets left behind. Unfortunately I (FINALLY!!!!) got my montly y'day. What timing! It DOESN'T make me happy.

Ang: Oh the CABS. I wanted to go out and have some CABS last night too but alas I could not. We went to the movies instead. We saw EAGLE EYE. Great flick! Really enjoyed it! Liked it even better then RIGHTEOUS KILL from last week. :) After my first HM I wanted a beer but there was not one in site. Couldn't even find a place to get one on the way home. Perhaps I will have one today instead and I will think of my CABBER girls while I drink it! Cheers Ang! :D Oh, btw, I'm on on your idea. When do we start? Please don't say TODAY! LOL I hear ya on the clutter my friend. I battle it all of the time myself. I HATE papers so I tend to either throw it all out or just not want to deal with it so it piles up. UGH! oh btw, thanks for the link to the exercise explanations for RCR. I was reading the rotation with a big "?" hanging over my head! LOL

Diana: I'm with you on the water. I used to be good about drinking alot but not so much anymore. Glad you had fun at the party. Your SIL is in my thoughts.

Jen: Thank goodness I had planned on wearing black shorts today. ;) I am running this race with a friend from the forums so I can have her "check" my rear view once in a while to make sure I'm A-OKAY. Great job with BM2 y'day. Yeah, not a good idea to do upper body work the day after a KB work out. :p Have you ever done BM2's double upper body premix?? OMG it's KILLER! Try it one day! You'll love it I am sure!;)

Jacque: I have CCPP but haven't done it yet. I'm chicken! LOL Sorry you feel the need to ditch the X but I will certainly not yell at ya for it. LOL Enjoy the leg rotation!

Shirl: So yah, I got my monthly y'day. UGH! It couldn't have waited 2 more days!?!? It was already 45 days late for cripes sake! Don't worry. I'm still gonna make that appointment. My DH will come after me if I don't.

Well, gotta hit the showers....I gotta shave so that I can wear shorts today. It's gonna be in the low 70's. If the sun is strong that could make a for a hot race!

BB before I leave if I have time!

Good Luck Wendy!

I'll be running with you in spirit and I hope you get an ice cold cab when you're finished! :D:p:D Iknow you're going to do GREAT! :D:D

I hope this isn't too late to catch ms. wendy.

Wendy- i hope you have an awesome race and a wonderful time! can't wait to hear all about it. UGH, sorry about aunt flo. what a time to come.

today is a rest day. i am going to do a segment of stretch max.

diana- i am so sorry to hear about SIL. i will keep her in my prayers. i use the valslides and they do slide on carpet so maybe they will also work on puzzle mats.

jacque- i hear you about needing a change it happens to us all! hopefully the leg blast rotation will be just what you are looking for.

jen- LOL.. ohhhhhhhh it's not the bad (fingers crossed behind my back). i also use regular weight lifting gloves for my KB workouts.

angie- thanks for posting the valerie link i am so not computer savvy. i am with you trying to find the love for yoga, lol. do you want to start us off with our good habit accountability?

later on in the afternoon we are taking the kids to a local fair.

ttyl...

ETA: ok this is the second time me and wendy posted at the same time!

Morning girls

OK - lets start with the water goal for Monday. Shall we aim for 3 quarts per day? That way if we go over it's all good. A gallon would be over double what I do now. So maybe lets start the first week with 3 quarts and maybe try a gallon the following week? ****discuss****
So I guess that means I get to pick who's the goal maker in two weeks.;) I'll let ya know. *lol*

Oh, I forgot to mention.....I did the Jari Love 1000 video yesterday. I was kinda surprised that I didn't hate it. *lol* I like the idea of a very short cardio between circuits to keep the HR up there. I burned 480 cals, so it didn't live up to the title, but it was a good workout none the less. I felt like a wimp though. I went much lighter on all the weights. My endurance is also in the gutter. The X typically does that to me though......not sure why.

Go Wendy!!!!:)

I know you're long gone by now, but like I said, it was a sleepin' in day.:p Sending beautiful weather your way.
The eagle eye movie looks bazaar on the trailers. It does look like a goodie. Glad you showed some restraint last night.;) Let's just say, I wouldn't want to be runnin' a race today. *lol* I hope a cold one hits the spot afterwards though. Cheers!!

Dee Dee - So is there a yoga DVD you like? I'm trying to hit on just the right one. I like Tony's moves, but the vid is just wayyyyyy too long for me, especially since I just don't look forward to doing that one anyways.
I am certainly no computer geek. *lol* Wish I was.;) I saw that post and another one while I ran a search for RCR and just added them to my favorites so I could check them out later. I really want to give it a shot soon.
Enjoy your time at the fair and your rest day.

Shirl - Good to see ya this morning. Hope you have a rockin' Sunday.

I gotta get out of my jammies and get ready to go. We are going to go for a ride to see the beautiful colors and go shopping for windows, doors, a lawnmower, and also a bed. Interesting mix huh? LOL! I'm sure we'll do lunch too......I'm aiming for crab legs since I have not had them in eons.:p

Today is my rest day so hope you all pick up the slack for me.

Angie

Jumpin' in too late to catch Wendy but hope she knows my <<<you can do it !>>> thoughts are with her.

Up and at the kitchen cleanup - too tired to do it last night. Am actually feeling like a CC today so I'll be running but not at the same time as Wendy. Ordered three more CC's yesterday so if I have time to add them to my iPod today I'll probably do a "new" one.

Didn't get to the painting yesterday as while we were shopping for some of the necessities for the job, the winds "kicked" up the pollens that I am allergic to and the headache crept in before I got home. Not too bad but I did sleep for an hour before dinner ! Then the Sharks game was on so, well, ya know the rest.

Will hop to the paint as soon as I finish the last of my grocery shopping this AM and then another early Sharks game tonight. May jump on the TM during the game since I can set the TV to show what the announcers are saying and can watch very well from the TM ! How's that for multi-tasking?

Angie - why don't you do the honors of setting up our first "XFactor Challenge" starting the upcoming week. Does a Monday sound like a good day to begin? How long do we want to institute the challenges for? My vote would be for at least a couple of weeks up to a month, so it will help "retrain" my habits. What do the rest of you think? And thanks for the link - need to check it out on the "other" computer that has DSL as this one is waaayy toooo slooowwww.

Dee Dee - enjoy your rest day and the fair !

Shirl - a "spirit" runner, huh? LOL ! ! !

BBL to see what the haps have been during the day ! Enjoy ladies !:D

Hi Ladies,

I slept in again...love my weekends for sleeping in. I had my coffee and made breakfast, bacon egg & cheese sandwiches. DH just left to take Jerod to his football game. It doesn't start 'til 1pm but he has to be there at 11:45. I'll need to get in the shower before DH gets back here to pick me up.

I will be doing some kind of workout this afternoon but haven't decided yet. I'm thinking the EXT, maybe put in a movie and watch that while I exercise.

Wendy-hope you are enjoying your race (your probably already done by now). The weather sounds great for running.

Sunny-enjoy your rest day. The local fair sounds like fun, I'm sure the kids will enjoy it.

Shirl-I'm running in spirit with you too!!!

Angie-So you tried Jari yesterday. I never burned anywhere close to a 1000 cals on that workout. The only one I get close to that number of calories burned is the Step Blast/SJP 90 min cardio. I usually burn between 800-1000 cals on that one. Maybe we should each come up with a good habit to follow and start one each week along with continuing the good habit from the previous week. Just a suggestion.

Jacque-I love my CC's, I use them on my elliptical and they work great. I think catching the Sharks while you w/o is a great use of your time!!!

Well I am here doggin' it tonight.

Have a half an hour to do a run but my nose is stuffed to the max and my legs are sore from yesterday's 90X L&B and going up and down the ladder while painting today! :(

I am taking a second rest day this week.

Will start my new rotation tomorrow with Muscle Max !

See ya all in the AM - waiting so patiently to see how it went Wendy ! I jumped over to Cheetahville to see how the others did. I still cannot imagine myself running as far as any of you are . . . You have so much more in you than I. Congratulations !
