I have had a little "twinge" but not real pain so am watching it. Is it one of those that ice will help? Glad you have UB and Abs today - hope it works out for your long run this week - though I'd suggest not doing a long one . . .

It's all about the accountability, motivation and most importantly the support for each other ! Looks like you are on a "K" type of "X"ercise plan, KenpoX next? LOL ! Sounds like good workouts to do back to back.
Jen - I was going to start a freestyle type of rotation so I'm liking it. Between the heavy lifting and now doing a little more running and lighter weights I am definitely seeing more "cut" legs than I have had in the past. Haven't really lost any weight so it is all good - still eating (and drinking) the same !

Diana - Way to Go on the 1.4 ! ! ! I just love it when a plan works well. Way back just after high school I did the "old fashioned" WW plan and honestly, it taught me much better eating habits that I have carried forward for over 30 years. Good deal ! Hope you had enough "energy" food before lunch so you could get in a sweaty session of B & G and then have some leftover for BC tonight. Do let us know how you totally exhausted yourself today, OK?
Laura - what a wonderful birthday in so many ways ! How nice ! Lucky you having a DH with good taste in both clothing and good food. That dinner is exactly what we have when we want a nice dinner but I don't want to pay the price. Love love love Costco and their deals on meat. They have bags of the end cuts of Filets for about $4 per lb. less than standard. That is our weekend meal many times. Cool on the weight drop as long as you can only put back on some muscle now, huh? Work that booty and maybe you can hold your pants up a bit better ! LOL ! Sorry about the upheaval at work - TGIF though ! Have a great run and fun at your FB game tomorrow.
Angie - Nice job on the Clean Max - got a little done myself but just not too motivated yet with all the nice summer weather we still have. I like to be outside ! Great workout by using the leggies more - are they sore? I hope my UB mellows a bit next week like yours does. Keeping my fingers crossed ! Sure hope I get the CCPP in tomorrow too - just need to make sure not to lounge around too long . . .
I take multiple supplements, many of those listed in the Fat Flush plan. Not sure how much difference it really makes because I have been doing it for a couple of years, but I rarely get sick and typically feel really good with loads of energy unless I lose a lot of sleep - but that's part of turning 50 and the d#mn hormones !
I also drink a protein shake every morning after working out. Don't like eating lots so have cranberry juice with flaxseed first, workout, then the protein while I am getting ready for work. I use EAS and it has BCAA's - it's time released and I get it at Costco. Good price in comparison to others and I'm not really picky about taste. It isn't bad - I mix with water and drink.
Dee Dee - Hope work slows down a bit for you. Just able to take a short breath here too. Sure drains you in your personal life, huh? Nice workout today. 4DS is a great set.
Got a hockey game tonight - GO HOCKEY !
- We play the Ducks tonight after getting crushed the other night - but in checking out the roster I can see why . . . all the newbies were playing - Nabby was out also. See you play the Kings tomorrow - they are another tough team for us.
Probably won't be back tonight - off in a couple hours and heading out for the game once I get home. Enjoy the evening ladies!
