Hey Girls.
My knee is very very sore again. It started hurting yesterday at some point. I've taken ibuprofen a couple of times and I am icing it for the 3rd time as I type this. Sitting still is definately making it worse. It stiffens up and hurts worse for a while. Ofcourse our activity of choice last night was to go see a movie so you can imagine how I felt when we went to leave the theater. That being said, I am going to dispense with any cardio except the EXT for this entire week. I was going to do a full body work out today to get in one last lower body hit before the race but I am changing it to upper body only. Hopefully I will be able to race on Sunday. I'm thinking a full week should do the trick. How I feel after the race remains to be seen though....
