Wendy - I have to say I'm more the opposite of you and love LB workouts. Guess that's why P90X doesn't enthrall me? But I do believe that lower body and cardio is what keeps me in my best shape and that is what we are all looking for - in addition to some fun, eh?
Angie - Hope you got your workout done without too much leftover pain from yesterday's "over the top run"
. And I'm sooo with ya on the eating habits. My problem is the couple hours after work before dinner. That being said - enjoy your night of "no cooking" ! (We have a hockey game so no cooking for me either. The question is: How good can I be when I don't have to cook? Hmmmmm . . .
So you did get your workout done - LOL about feeling whole, but, ya know it is true ! At least I feel so much better after working out vs. taking a day off. Hope you enjoyed your 'crabby lunch' ! I love winter 'cuz one of my favs is New England clam chowder, with Garlic of course !

Shirl - Yes please join the Leg Blast Rotation, even if it is modified. In looking ahead it looks like it will be fun AND hard work. Debbie creates some real doozies !

Diana - Well we happened to be doing the same workout today in some way or another. Are you following a rotation, set up your own, or just wing it based upon a generic breakdown?

Jen - Bummer about the 'puter messing with ya during your workout time !

Laura - Sorry you had a bad day, but think I know almost how you feel. I am missing my lunch times lately and what really bugs me is that I am not even hungry after a bit? That is how I sabotaged my metabolism a few years ago and DO NOT want to go back there. Hope SIL gets better soon - LOL about your "excuse" for exercise ADD. Hope your class went well and the CAB tastes wonderful !
