3 miles on the treadmill, mostly jogging with some walking and random elevation/incline changes. Knee felt pretty good. Followed that with abs from B&G.
B--low sugar oatmeal (3PP)
L/S--string cheese, 6 almonds (2PP)
D--cookout here later, going to have to practice the portion size mantra!
Going out of town tomorrow, will be back Tuesday night, planning on HR Upper Body before we leave!
