Yesterday's weigh-in was a bummer, was back up the pound I lost before, and still 4 lbs up from my lowest since starting WW Nobody to blame but myself.
I'm planning on a workout this morning after I finish my coffee, probably a cardio/weights circuit of some kind b/c I wont be working out tomorrow. Hoping to keep the eating in check!
