Still had lower body DOMS this morning but did a treadmill workout anyway. I did the 5K/3mile program which randomly changes the incline from anywhere from 0 to 7 degrees. I ran the parts with 0-1 degree inclines and fast-walked all other inclines. I actually had a great workout and with no knee pain!! However, I still have some major DOMS but it's all good!
Allee...dont worry about "blowing it". On the day I joined WW (I joined on the spur of the moment one night), I had 72 Points that day and I still managed to stay within my total Weekly Points and I also lost 3 lbs that week!
Food today was so-so, went out to dinner again, that's 3 times in a row! We usually never go out that often but it's been a week of no shopping and both hubby and I working later than usual.
Tomorrow is my free day, no workout and pizza night/date night with hubby.
