Hey Allee-IDK how you logged your food y'day but until you learn point values for things you normally eat and how much you can have in a day, I strongly suggest taking the time to calculate point values/log BEFORE you eat anything. Makes it much easier to stay within your DP range if you plan ahead a bit...HTH!:)

today is a new day so forget that you blew it yesterday and get back on the horse

just finished back and biceps from p90x and am off to do shoulders and arms minus the bi-ceps...maybe ill add in extra back instead..mmmm...

Steph:: LOL nope. No energy for BodyRock after an STS work out but no worries-I'm all over it either tmrw or at some point over the weekend. I have my next work out picked out already! :D You can never do too much back work! Go for it! A muscular back is a sex-ay back! ;)

Still had lower body DOMS this morning but did a treadmill workout anyway. I did the 5K/3mile program which randomly changes the incline from anywhere from 0 to 7 degrees. I ran the parts with 0-1 degree inclines and fast-walked all other inclines. I actually had a great workout and with no knee pain!! However, I still have some major DOMS but it's all good!

Allee...dont worry about "blowing it". On the day I joined WW (I joined on the spur of the moment one night), I had 72 Points that day and I still managed to stay within my total Weekly Points and I also lost 3 lbs that week!

Food today was so-so, went out to dinner again, that's 3 times in a row! We usually never go out that often but it's been a week of no shopping and both hubby and I working later than usual.

Tomorrow is my free day, no workout and pizza night/date night with hubby.

Morning.

"Get Hot Cardio" (Body Rock) done this morning in 27m30s. GOOD STUFF! Focuses on cardio core and legs. YEOWZAS! :eek::D

WW weigh in this morning and I am down .2. Not much but I'll take it considering I cheated mid week. I really have never done that before. I also cheated over the weekend so to lose any weight at all is a definite win for me. Makes me happy. :)

Stacy:: Good job with your walk/run. Enjoy pizza night tonight. I will be good tonight since I am going to a graduation party tmrw where there will me lotsa' bad food and lotsa booze! :p

Allee:: How goes it?

Steph:: Good job with the P90X work out. Gonna do any cardio this weekend? :p

My sis is in from Texas for the weekend so no cardio for me...basically a weekend off unless it gets nice and we can go for walks!

I will try not to eat too much...

Cardio...oh cardio why has though foresaken me!...just couldn't get into it besides my hiit/turbohiit on wednesday...

My goal for starting Tuesday (my sis leaves tuesday) is to do at least 30 min of intense (not walking) cardio EVERY DAY until i leave for Italy on the 6th!!!

Aunt flo arrived three days early (love perimenopause) and feeling pretty crappy..scale wasn't too nice this am but i hope its because of flo...

Enjoying my pizza coma....

And enjoying that my lower body DOMS are improved enough that I can sit and walk without too much agony!

It's back to workouts and cleaner eating tomorrow with the hopes of having a good weigh in come this Wednesday!
 
Good Morning.

Today's work out will be Disc 31 from STS-Chest and Back and perhaps another shot at learning HIS cardio.

I have a long to-do/wanna-do's for this weekend. Not sure I can fit it all in but I'm gonna try! ;)

I'm right there with ya big time on the leg DOMS, Stacy. My quads are absolutely FRIED from y'day's BR work out! EEGADS! :eek:
