WORLD WIDE HIIT CHECK IN MONDAY NOV 1st 2010....Time to take care of the Halloween damage and/or just "work work" it today. Do any one (and please, just one) of the three Hiit workouts from my Hiit DVD and report in after you finished. Don't forget to tell us which one you picked and what state or country you live in. Go for it Cathletes!!!!

I did a Hiit double header - DWP followed by 30/30. Whew! It wore me out! Just editing to add that I am in NC.

Thanks for the challenge!!! I'm in Syracuse, Utah and did 40/20 'cause I have some making up to do. I had a pumpkin shake on Saturday. Yesterday, I made witches' fingers breadsticks (white flour) and ended up eating 4 by the end of the day.:eek:

Hopefully I'm back on track.

Well I have all three HiiT scheduled this month, but I am doing them on Thursdays.
First one up will be 30/30.
 
Great Job Everyone! Way to "work work" it!!! For those who didn't workout out yet....keep it coming! I will be doing mine later today!
 
30/30 done this morning in Virginia! Ate way too much candy yesterday :( Feels good that today is Nov. 1st-good day to recommit to a clean diet after a little cheat.
 
I rode the Double Wave Pyramid HiiT in Massachusetts today! Loved that there was no equipment involved and it kicked my butt!

I also started Meso 2 today with Disc 13, Chest Shoulders and Triceps! :eek:
 
I used the Workout Blender for the first time yesterday and created a blend of Hiit 30/30 and 40/20. I couldn't wait until today so I did it yesterday.....needless to say I worked worked!:D I'm in Alberta, Canada
 
Dang - don't have HiiT yet - though it's approaching the top of the list now.

The clocks went back yesterday so London is was dreary and dark this morning so game face on and gloves on and Kicked, Punched and Crunched - starting to love that one + the other half of leaner legs that I ran out of time on yesterday.

Just had THEEEE busiest weekend in a long long time this w/e with a 30th Birthday Party + a charity event to set up and run (Breakthrough Breast Cancer), so great to have a bit of 'me' time this morning.

I'm reporting in for your World Wide HiiT check in. I did double wave pyramid and it was so much fun and kicked my backside. I love your HiiT worouts and they are a perfect complement to any weight work done after it. I think you need to have a T-shirt at your online store that says, "I survived HiiT!" :p
