I hope Cathe answers this for you. My plan is to focus on cardio and endurance. I've been to a couple of road trips and this has worked well. They can't bring a bunch of heavy equipment so I wouldn't expect to lift heavy. You will probably be using tubes and bands and maybe lighter weights. I think we can expect some pretty intense Hiit type workouts. Sounds like the new series coming out this fall has mostly Hiit workouts and heavy weight training. I try to prepare for what she's currently working on. It reminds me of going to a concert and knowing that the band is going to want to play its new album. Of course, this contradicts my theory about no heavy weights.
Either way she will exhaust us (in the best way) and we'll have fun!
