Workout with most ball work?

I love lower body toning with the stability ball, which workout has the most amount of toning for the thighs and glutes incorporating these. I have only a few of her workouts and none of them use the stability ball.

There are some great stability ball pilates workouts if you're looking for toning. On the Ball Pilates & Stott Pilates Stability Ball Core Balance are pretty good.

Trying to expand my Cathe collection though, LOL! Just ordered LowMax so I'll have to wait on anything else for now anyway.

I love the ball workout in PLB. I credit the ball work in that video to defining my hamstrings...nothing like it.
