Workout Warriors Jan 24th - Jan 30th

Janis, Zumba is a dance class I take at the Y. It has a brazialian(sp?) feel to it. It's a lot of fun and is an hour long. They also have DVD's you can purchase.

Donna, have you tried out your kettlebells yet? What do you think?

Today I did rounds 1-7 of Kettlebell Your Way volume 1.

Good Evening Warriors!

Drive by post...its late, im tired and eventhough my will wants to stay up and finish watching the semi-finals of tennis, my body is not going to cooperate. Anyway, played tennis tonight for 2 hours which was good. Now my bed is calling so I will have to read up on everyone's posts tomorrow and catch up then.

I hope everyone is well. Have a good night. :D

Happy Monday Warriors!

Did anyone/every one look at Allie Brosh’s blog, Hyperbole and a Half? You really should, she is very funny.

:D

Janis Thanks for posting about Allie's blog. I frittered away quite a bit of Friday afternoon looking at some of this stuff. Fascinating to me as I'd like to do something vaguely akin. I started a website, which I'm going to call a W.I.P., the truth is it was pretty much abandoned, only 5% complete and unpublished (obviously). The crux of the problem with me is that I lack ambition. That's why I'm an underachiever. Due to our economy I'm only working 2.5 days a week. This leaves me without a real income versus a lot of time which I randomly squander. I know I have to produce something now, now, now, but I can't identify the jumping off point. The internet presents a platform that simply didn't exist 20 years ago - which is a gift on the one hand but creates more cerebral confusion by not knowing which avenue to explore. An alternative strategy would be THE novel, which I've always known I'm beholden to harvest. It would be unfair of me to deprive the populous of the opportunity to munch their way through the literary feast of which I'm capable  But I know I'm not equal to toiling over my tome for the next 2 years only to receive rejection after rejection. I prophesise rejection.

OK enough about me.

Oh no sorry not nearly enough as it goes.

A banquet for your peepers from here and beyond.

HEATHROW

Popped along to Heathrow, Tues. Mary arrived having managed a good sleep inflight. It was a privilege to meet her and I hope she has a very happy time here. No doubt she'll let us know when she's back.

SUPERMODELS R US

We were talking about baking a couple of weeks ago.

Just to prove I'm an idiot.

Proof as if proof were needed.

Here's my snowman cake. It was supposed to be a ghost cake for Halloween, but I never got round to doing it in time.

MJ Not sure when the semis are. Today or tomorrow. I get all disconbobulated due to the time differences.

I'd like to support Andy Murray if he scrapes through. But I just can't like him. I've tried.

I think he's a new incarnation of Mr Burns.

Make your own decision.

Kadet first off… I’m sending you a cross-Atlantic mental slap to the head! Write your novel for the love of writing, not because your goal is for publication, for F**k’s sake (as you Brits say). (That’s one of my favorites that I got from my coworkers in Canary Wharf office). If you predict failure, you’re sure to fail. You could always look at it as succeeding at determining how NOT to get a novel published. That’s what Edison’s attitude was. If one of his inventions didn’t work, it was a success at finding another thing not to do. I try to get my daughter to understand this, but I think it’s beyond the comprehension of a 10 year old.

Your super-model is gorgeous! When you said you entered her in the big girl’s competition, I had pictured her much differently. She has a beautiful figure. Keep us posted on how well she does.

Jenn haven’t tried the Kettlebell workout yet. I got it and it’s still shrink wrapped. I have to wait until I get paid to buy a bell and I’m not sure how heavy to go. I’m finishing up Meso 1 tonight and have an active recovery week next week, where I think I’ll try some pilates. I think I’ll toss the kettlebell workout in as my “extra” workout during Meso 2. I’ve been spending that workout with Tonique Mat the last couple of weeks, which I love.

So I’m very glad last night was a no-afternoon-workout day because my daughter’s math teacher went WAY overboard with the homework. Can I just say I was fuming. They use this website IXL for practicing their math skills. It’s a great tool, but this is how it works. They have drills for different skills and the user gets a math problem where they have to type in the answer. It’s not multiple choice, so you have to actually do the work. Still great… you get a number of points for each correct question, and the number of points is more at the start of the drill, but decreases as you get higher to the goal of 100 points. When you get to 90 points, you only get 1 point for each correct answer. This is where I get ticked… because if you enter the wrong answer, you get points taken away. And it’s not in the same proportion to how they get added on. So if you’re at 97 points and answer the question wrong, you drop down to like… 87 points and have to do at least 10 more problems.

The teacher assigned 7 of these drills! My daughter was in tears whenever she got one wrong – like sobbing tears of frustration. I ended up doing the drills for her just to get them done, and it still took us 3 hours. We didn’t get to bed until 10:30, and didn’t finish. Poor Teri had to listen to me going off on the math teacher the whole time we were getting to bed.

Anyway, that’s my vent. I’m disallowed to bitch at the teacher about it (by Teri, she doesn’t want me to say anything), but I’m still ticked off because I didn’t have any time to clean or even relax last night.

No run this morning, it’s my rest from running day. I have STS M1W4 Legs tonight and am really looking forward to it. I love leg workouts and I’m not putting it off. Bath Fitters’ guy is just going to have to deal with the fact that I’m a slob and I didn’t have time to put on the appearance that I’m a neat freak. Ehhh… you have 2 dogs, 4 cats and a 10 year old… you have to give up a certain amount of tidiness.

Hey Mighty Warriors!

Kimberly – I looked at Atkins. Thanks for directing me there. (geez, why didn’t I think of that? Probably cuz I like the conversation more than the research.) Any way, it is how I tend to eat. I get most of my carbs from vegetables and a small amount of fruit. I have noticed I need at least one brown carb a day to stay sane, i.e. oats, brown rice, potato, yam, ezekial bread. How are you doing on it? Any change on the scale? What’s your goal?

Donna – Have you tried any of Coach Sean’s workouts? http://www.cardiocoach.com/ He can make any machine workout fun, challenging and effective, not to mention the time just flies by. You're a gifted writer too. We have some talent pooled in our little check-in. Have you tried bitter spray on your little puggle…it should deter him from chewing stuff you don’t want him to chew on. Once he knows that smell you could spritz your purse with it, he just may never dig around in the purse ever again. Are your dumbbells coated at all or are they all metal? When I first started STS ages and ages ago, there was a discussion on the STS forum about increasing the weight of the weighted gloves by using fishing line weights or weighted lures (how many times did I use the word weight in that sentence?). I read that it worked fabulously. I use very cheap slip on wrist weights…I bought a larger size so I could slip them on and off over my gloves. The wrist weights sort of flop around, which is annoying, but it gets the job done. I’ve also wrapped ankle weights around the dumbbell. Oh – and math – have you spoken to the teacher or the principal about the program? They may not know how unfairly it grades. Really. The same thing happened with my son and a different program called Odyssey Ware. I brought it to the attention of the school who then brought it to the attention of the software company. They truly did not know how unreasonable it was.

Dr. Regina or Prof. Regina ? – My 12 wk no sugar challenge is going well. I am well into my second week. I only really want sugar, or miss it, when I am instinctively looking for quick fuel, like if I went too long between meals or didn’t get enough protein. I have been eating dried figs. :)D) Yum. They are sweet and high on the glycemic index, but I am not counting them as sugar. After reading so many positive reviews on the OD I’m considering buying Patrick Goudeau’s workout, have you tried any of his other workouts? So, when you do Trudie Styler are you thinking of Sting the whole time? Have your platemates every fallen off in the middle of chest presses or been knocked off during deadlifts…or during any other lifting movement? Which set did you buy?

Cathy – well – guess I better do both stability ball abs now, I haven’t done either workout from AC or B&G! Have you had contact with Heather at all? I miss her.

Jenn – I’ll look at the Zumba dvd’s, I have two Samba dvds, which are a lot of fun. I bought them after Esther Gokale recommended Samba in her book, 8 Steps to a Pain Free Back.

MJ – Two hours of tennis sounds like a great way to relieve stress at the end of the day. Are you still playing singles?

Kim – Allie is brilliant, isn’t she!? Did you make it to the beginning of her blog? Her goal was to conquer the internet and make her living with her blog, and she succeeded. You are a writer! I agree, wholeheartedly, with Donna, you are praying for rejection, you are planning for rejection, which is the wrong mind-set. Pray and intend for the outcome you want. Start writing that novel! Look at Ms. Rowling, for chrissakes! I loved the photos of you and Mary, and of your daughter, Mr. Burns, Andy Murray, and your adventures in baking. Oh and Gucci too. Fun.

Hi to all the MIA's and Tara, c'mon girly-girl where are you?

Yesterday I used the rowing machine for 10 minutes, I'm adapting to the movement and working on increasing the time, then I did STS M1 W4 disc 12, and followed that with AC -weights and plates. When I have done AC-W&P in the past it was tough, I am pleased to say that all my rehab work and Pilates is starting to pay off, this time around W&P was fairly easy. Today was rehab- bike, isolation stuff and then Pilates with Michele Dozois. Alisa Wyatt has taken a strong lead...she is now my favorite-ist Pilates instructor. Now I'm taking Rowan for a walk, then more dog training. If I hate the class this week as much as I did last week, this might be our last group class. Rowan's mom and dad have a date tomorrow. I'm thinking about getting a second puppy in 4 months time. What are the pros and cons of having two dogs?

That's it for me.
Have a great Thursday Warriors. :D

Today was a rest day. We got some more snow last night and I was expecting to have to start my commute earlier. Luckily I didn't since I overslept. Feeling tired and blah today and my eating choices have been less than stellar.

Janis You might be able to catch on an infomercial on Zumba. They are on quite often. And if you have Exercise TV on Demand from your cable company there might be some clips there. Live class is fun but the dvds don't hold much interest for me. I'd rather step or kickbox if I'm at home. :D

Donna I have a 15lb kb I bought at Target. A 7lb kb(way to light) and a 10lb I got from Walmart with the Gin Miller DVD. The DVD is fun but the KB is light. I like the 15lb bell for myself.

Sparty gave me a 4:30 wake up call this morning. Whining and carrying on - not because he wanted to go to the bathroom, but because he wanted to go out and play! Bad doggie. Since it's so cold, I can't just put him out and go back to bed and he took off. Our backyard is very big. If he just wants to go to the bathroom, he'll run out and into his kennel to go and come back. So, I wrapped up in a blanket and laid on the couch, and of course, my brain kicks into gear. Twenty minutes later he's back and my brain will not kick out of gear. :( I did do my biceps workout, but that was it and I've dragging all day.

Had to take the boys into Lansing for their class at the historical museum. Was a good class, but if I hadn't paid in advance, I'd have stayed put at home! It was snowing and the roads were covered. Nothing like they got out east yesterday, but more than I like to drive on and especially when I was already tired. Expected to come out of class 90 minutes later and find it really bad, but it had warmed up a bit and things were actually better. Still a slower drive than usual, but not as stressful as on the way there. Plus DH met us there and Nick went home with him, so I had one kid less. And one of them in the car is much quieter than two! Though on days like this I tell them when we leave that I really need them to be quiet so I can focus on driving.

Janis, if you've never done the AC Stability ball abs, I'd just you track down the Cathe TV segment where she's breaks down how to do the one legged pikes. Made all the difference for me in doing them. Mostly just getting past the idea of how impossible they looked. :D B&G Stability Ball Abs doesn't have any pikes.

No, I haven't heard from Heather. :(

Donna, I agree about just checking with the school to make sure they know how that program works. Do they have rules about length of homework each day? I got a copy of the school handbook, when we went for the tour and it states that: "Teachers establish and communicate homework policies. Reasonable guidelines are as follows: 6th grade 60 minutes each evening, 7th grade 70 minutes each evening, 8th grade 80 minutes each evening." I know all schools are different, but if she's only 10, what she's doing seems really excessive.

Kim, so nice to see the pic of you and Mary! :D And your daughter is gorgeous. :)

MJ hope you got a good night's sleep!

Hi to everyone else!

Evenin' ladies! Just popping on while I wait for my dinner to cool and see how everyone has fared for their workouts today.

Janis indeed, I have tried Sean's workouts. I have most of them, but 8 is my favorite. When I started getting back into shape, the CC workouts were the only way I could get through a run. Now that I've got the bug, I pretty much just run to music. I do throw one on to mix things up on occasion. I love his pretty voice.

Most of my weights are cast-iron, but my 10 and 7 lb weights are plastic coated. Since it's only going to weights of 18 and 19 # that give me a problem, I'm not going to worry too much about it. I can use my 2# ankle weights around my wrists, but my wrists are so small, it's a bit of a pain to get the weights small enough so they don't fall off. I really do love my microload gloves, and my weighted vest is pretty excellent too.

Jenn thanks for the weight suggestion. I thought 10 might be too light, and was thinking I'd go to 20, but 15 probably is a better choice.

Thanks for the suggestions about the math program. I'll see how her assignments go and if anything like that is assigned again, I will say something. This is the first time there's ever been an issue and I'm sort of thinking maybe my daughter misunderstood what she was supposed to be doing. Up to this point, they've always been reasonable assignments

Got my last workout of Meso 1 done tonight, though I had to skip the floor work and wasn't pleased. I had to get ready for the Bath Fitters dude to come give me an estimate. Sadly, it's more expensive that I can afford to do all at once, so I'm just doing the walls this year. Hopefully I can do the tub next year. Or maybe $1500 will fall from the sky and I can do it all together. How much would THAT rock?

Woke up at 4:30 this morning and never got back to sleep. At 6:00 I finally just got up and treadmilled for 50 minutes. May as well be productive.

Midgetdogg: Good job on your last workout of meso 1. Are you going to take it easy on your rest week?

Peaceful Rainbow: Looks like we were both up this morning. My dogs are so lazy they're not even interested in going out if I am up and about when everyone's supposed to be sleeping.

Jen38: Way to take a rest day. They are so important.

KadetKim: Thanks for posting the pictures! So fun to be able to meet up. Love the furry inspector.

Janis: Surprisingly, I lost 8.2 pounds in 9 days. (I realize it's not all "real" weight, but it still felt good) I would like to lose about 10 more lbs . I would also like to move through the 4 phases like the program calls for. It all sounds so logical when reading about it. It remains to be seen what will happen, I am a carb addict, and you know what they say about the best laid plans!!

Good Morning All!

We are recovering form 16 inches of snow and more is expected today and tomorrow and Tuesday of next week! Oh well, all of the University classes were cancelled yesterday so I had an unexpected day off!.

Cathy- what class are you children taking at the historical museum?

Janis and Cathy- It took me a while to be able to do one legged pikes. I too believe that my Pilates/Yoga practice really helped in that regards. Every time my DH sees me doing them, he shakes his head and says- "Is all that really neccessary? When he did the STS rotation with me, he did the one legged pikes the first time he tried them. he put me to shame ( smile). He and my brothers do their weight lifing together. Sometime I go with them.

Janis- I have other Goudeau workouts - Play Ball, Play Ball in 4, Not Your Momma's Step, Quickstep, Step My Way, Hard Work Conditioning and HWC 24/7. On some of the Styler workouts, Sting's music is playing. I love Trudie Stylers and James d'Silva's Core Pilates workout. It is very creative and effective. My plate mates have never fallen off. The magnets are very strong. I also use them on my machine's weight stack. My son sent me some years ago. I am fortunate to be able to get a discount on much fitness stuff because of his coaching. Here is a link for one type of plate mate that I have. http://www.amazon.com/Power-Systems-PlateMates-Pair/dp/B003QN995U Please tell me about Alysa Wyatt's pilates workouts.

Donna- You never know $1500 just might pop up on your door step ( smile). Congrats on finishing Meso one!

Jenn- I also do Zumba at my gym.

Kim- I like the pics of Heathrow. Is he going to do STS with you?

Workout yesterday- Styler- Core Pilates and Firm Express- Ignite Cardio
Workout today- Legs ( my workout) and Core Cardio Circuit

Have A Great Weekend Everyone!

Hey everybody!

Just wondering...do any of you ever do an ab workout all by itself? I didn't have time to do abs last night, and don't have a workout planned for this afternoon so I thought maybe I'd just do abs. In Ab Circuits, Cathe says to warm-up before doing abs... does that mean I should do like 5 minutes of walking on the treadmill or something? Don't want to get too sweaty - it's Hang Out with the Boyfriend Night. Of course, he teaches tae kwon do, so he's not exactly super clean when he gets to my house.

msmik thinking I'm going to do Pilates next week during my active recovery. Gonna try Alyssa Wyatt, who Janis suggested. I had a Pilates workout a long time ago, but it was some old annoying woman. LOL. I wonder whatever happened to that DVD. Probably got eaten by the dog.

I had a 40 minute run scheduled this morning, so decided to spend it with Sean O'Malley. I chose the wrong workout because he only got me through 20 minutes of it (not including the warm-up), so I finished by running with Kid Rock. I now know why I don't use CC for race training - I was too pooped to keep my pace for the last 10 minutes, which is when I should be kicking it up a notch. Overall, my pace for the 4 miles was down a few seconds per mile - but still, the hill intervals do strengthen my legs and can only help in the long run. Just need to make sure he's not on my iPod when I'm at a race. I'm never going to be Speedy Gonzalez, but I still want to see how fast I can be.

Regina those one-legged pikes are a challenge for sure! But you know what really makes me lose it? The Elmo-style push-ups in Meso 1. I laugh through the whole set of them because my stupid ball is wiggling everywhere. She definitely nicknamed those appropriately. Maybe when I do abs tonight, I'll do Stability Ball Abs, since I won't have done any shoulder work. I hate doing stability ball ab routines with tired shoulders.

Feeling very sleepy right now and think I may need more coffee.

TGIF – Warriors!

Jenn – You are excused from making less than perfect food choices when the weather is yucky and you have the blahs too. It’s all about ratios, isn’t it? So long as the good choices outweigh the bad choices life is pretty good. How was your commute today?

Cathy – I did AC Stability Ball Abs. I was able to do the one legged pikes, but my hip flexor did not like it at all, so I went back to double leg…I’ll have to revisit the one-leg version at a later/stronger date. Fun workout though.

Regina – Alisa Wyatt’s dvds are classical Pilates mat program from beginning to end. They flow very well and she gives great instruction. I wanted to learn how to do Pilates correctly, which is why I started with the beginning dvds and worked up to Alisa. However, I see from her website she now has a beginner dvd. I like her personality, she offers clear instruction, and cues very well. Her form is perfect. IMHO, she’s the Cathe of Pilates. http://www.alisawyatt.com/ Thanks for the info about plate mates. Your version look much stronger and more versatile than the small squares that come in a handy dandy case.

Donna – You might want a 20# kb. With the exception of Turkish Get-ups, where I needed a lighter bell, 20#’s was a better weight for me. For Turkish Get ups you could easily use your lighter hand weights. I think you would outgrow a 15# bell. Although it really depends on what type of workout you will be doing. I, too, hate Elmo style push-ups. I never do them now, too much room for injury!

Kimberly - How is your brother (brother in law?) doing on Atkins? Congrats on your weight loss, that’s amazing!

Today was also my last workout for Meso 1. I walked/ran on the TM using Couch 2 5k, then did Back and Tri’s, and AC-Stability Ball abs. Then a walk with Rowan. Tomorrow I think I will do all of Tonique Mat. I’ll let you know, Donna, what I think when I am done. Sunday will be yoga. Oh – I hated the group dog obedience class, but I think I hate the little old lady instructor more. My new mantra – thanks to Regina’s calm influence – “Be Indifferent” clearly failed me in this circumstance. This woman got under my skin. Grrr.

Waving hello to Elena, MJ, Melissa, Kim, Suzie and of course, Morningstar.:D

:D

Regina Are you in NJ where all the snow has hit? We got about 3 inches and have more expected for next week also. :( As pretty as it is to look at enough is enough already.

Janis my commute is ok. I just take my time. As long as it's not icy I'm good.

msmik I love my rest days. But sometimes one rest day leads to another and then I'm just lazy. And lately I've only been getting in about 30 minutes at time and struggle with the feeling that I should do more.

Hello to all our other warriors. Wishing everyone a great weekend.

Today I did the Booty Barre workout section of Booty Barre. I really like this workout and the music in it. I just wish I had the ROM Tracey and her crew has.

Tonight was core cardio circuit. Haven't done that one in a long time! Last time I did that was live with Cathe in Houston! Not quite the same with just me and my DVD Cathe.

Jenn38: I've been forcing myself to take rest days. I also find the more rest days I take, the more I want. Body in motion stays in motion. I know the feeling about feeling like a shorter work-out is not enought. My workout tonight was listed on the DVD as 51 minutes. Tough work-out, but when I got done I felt I should treadmill for 20 minutes. I stopped myself, because I know it IS enough.

Janis: My brother is doing great. He thinks this is the way he will always eat. He probably can, because if he had to choose between a steak and chocolate cake, it wouldn't even be a contest. Me either, but the cake would win with me! (Although Atkins does say you can have a treat occassionally once you're in maintenance, you just have to get back on track. Which is the same in all healthy diets.)

MidgetDogg: Pilates sounds like a nice change of pace. Hard work still, but different. I have a bunch of cardio coach workouts, but I've not been that into running on my treadmill right now. I've been saving the high impact for Cathe. I do love Coach Sean though. One day, his time with me will happen.

Regina: I am so impressed with you ladies that can do one-legged pikes. I still struggle with regular ones. I'll just have to keep practicing.

Time for supper!!

Kimberly

Never made it here yesterday to check-in! I did triceps and deciding other than that I'm resting until tomorrow. I haven't had a full rest day all month, so I'm taking one today. Later today, I have to decide what I'm doing this week. I'm thinking a light week to gear up for starting Meso 1 a week from Monday.

Janet, I can definitely see how you hip flexor wouldn't like the one legged pikes. But, even without them it is a fun workout. For whatever reason I just really like using the ball for abs. :D

Kimberly, how wonderful for you to have been able to go to Houston with Cathe! Feel free to share details of that trip with us!

Donna, I've done ab workouts by themselves and I generally just do some kind of big movements for about 5 minutes to get the blood flowing and warm me up.

I don't normally listen to Kid Rock, but he recently filmed a video in Michigan's Upper Peninsula that I saw and it's beautiful and certainly shows off the UP well.

Regina - the historical museum does once a month, 1 1/2 hour classes for homeschoolers. This time was Michigan in the Civil War, next month is Women in the Civil War and last time was the 9 Wars of Michigan. The docents there are excellent and they really like doing the homeschool classes because they have enough time to really get into the subject. Truthfully, I enjoy the classes more than the boys! And I've learned a lot, too. We're lucky that we live close enough to go and it's right across the street from DH's office, so he sometimes joins us.

Getting a late start for my weekly shopping trip. But, we had snow overnight (less than 1/2 of what we were supposed to get) so I wanted to wait until it was light to head out, since some of the roads will be snow covered.

Have a fabulous weekend!

Shit Shit Shit

So the mammogram was last week.

I wrote a little skit about it, but before you could say “copy, paste and bore everyone to death with more of your nonsense” I got a Re-call (herr herr not sohhh funnaaa now).

It seems the general procedure is

Re-do X-rays : If they don’t like those

Ultrasound : If they don’t like that

Cell sample : If they don’t like that

Full tissue biopsy : If they don’t like that : WELL THEY JUST BETTA OUGHTA LIKE THAT

I’m sure it’ll all be nothing.
Just a couple of X-rays and dismissed.
If it turns out to be too trivial I might ask the Dr
“Oh excuse me Sir, couldn’t you just stick a few needles in me just so I can tell my friends I was nearly ill”

The thing is do I tell DD  Now what with me being ancient and everything I never saw a lot of Sesame Street as it was after my time, but from what I remember Miss Piggy was like this turbo-drama queen. Throwing mega strops over pretty much nothing. Well here you have DD

She damn near had a break-down over the mammogram in the first place, getting all teary and carrying on. I’m like “Yeah – its, no big deal – just another P.I.A. to wind your old Mum up”. She meanwhile is all quivery lip and big misty Bambi eyes. The (??!!!##???) texts started coming in 3 hours before I even had to be at the appt.

DD needs a very delicate touch - so can’t decide whether to tell her and take her along for moral support assuming it’s nothing. BUT if we go from stage 1 -thro - stage 2 - thro - stage 3 etc etc

I just couldn’t have her snotting on me all morning.

The jury’s out on that one.

Anyway, Cathy, yes I’m in for STS starting 7th. No more procrastinating. I’ll loop back round and pick Mary up again when she’s good and ready.

Wanted to say stuff to you other guys:
Donna – various stuff.
Regina (my neighbour’s called Regina (rare name)) no unfortunately Gucci will not be participating in the STS, he’ll just be changing the plates (LOL) :D :D :D
Kimberly Atkins (chat chat)
Janis Rowan x 2  I think that question pretty much answers itself
Suzie I like your posts - come back
Mary honey– Are you home safe?? How’s everything??

Big Saturday Hi to everyone else - I've read all your stuff but can't say more at the moment as my head’s too scattered right about now. Catch y’all laters.
