Woke up and did BM2

My little girl woke up crying at 5 this morning and went back to sleep 15 minutes later. I couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to do BM2. WOW!!! I feel great! I had so much energy... I am definetly going to make this part of my routine. The music was awesome. I caught myself missing a few of the moves because I was getting so into it. Love this workout. What a fabulous way to start out the day! :7
 
I did this one for the first time this morning also. I haven't worked out for almost two weeks because of a surgical procedure. I don't think I should have done this one after being inactive for so long. It kicked my butt but it was really fun. I agree the music was awesome! Next time it will be even more enjoyable because my cardio capacity will be back again.
 
I think we both meant we usually work out in the morning but it was our first time doing this specific workout. :)

All you morning people are awesome! I am trying to be more of a morning person. When I do get up in the mornings I feel so good. Do you eat breakfast before you work out?

Kathryn- you're funny! I guess you have to be awake to do it. Although sometimes I feel like I am still half asleep!:)
