My little girl woke up crying at 5 this morning and went back to sleep 15 minutes later. I couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to do BM2. WOW!!! I feel great! I had so much energy... I am definetly going to make this part of my routine. The music was awesome. I caught myself missing a few of the moves because I was getting so into it. Love this workout. What a fabulous way to start out the day! :7
