I am really interested in seeing responses. I am doing the 1 body part per week right now and was contemplating doing circuit rotation next.

I got great definition and muscles popping out all over the place on the one body part a week! I just dont want to loose it. I am going for the ripped look
I have been doing circuit training for over a month now after doing the one body part a day for over two months. I haven't noticed jiggle anywhere, but I know I am not quite as strong. I bumped up my cardio in order to shed more pounds for the summer, so I lightened up a little on weights.
If you are going to do a rotation that does not require circuits on back to back days then you can lift heavy and hopefully that will help you keep all of your gains in tact!
That is actually what I am doing...I am alternating all cardio days with circuit work outs and using heavy weights.
