I've been thinking about getting a spinning bike because my feet have been giving me problems since January. First it was the heel and now it is the ball of the foot. Yes, I've been to a doctor. I LOVE high impact but I don't think my feet can take it any more. I NEED to sweat buckets...that's what makes me feel great. I know spinning is a great workout but I don't want to buy a bike if it will further aggrevate my feet. I am not able to join a gym at this time.
Any words of wisdom?
