I have been doing rotations for heavy strength training since around June of this year doing either one or two body parts a day using Gym Style and Slow & Heavy and at least 1/2 hr. to 45 min. of cardio 4 days a week. I have gained some good muscle mass/tone and I was wondering if I would lose that doing your November rotation? I feel my body needs a break from all the heavy lifting I've been doing, but I'm fearful that I will lose muscle tone and strength. What is your take on this?
